The girls here are super friendly and always up for a little chat when getting ya beard done and in terms of service and price probs the best in Runcorn, highly recommend. Also great for kids especially with prices they are very understanding if your child may be nervous around getting hair cuts. 10/10
i asked for half an inch of the top the woman decided to take about 2 inches off and i won’t be coming back they normally do a good job I would not recommend it. Edit over a year later - I continued to go, alright barbers, I would suggest waiting for one of the older two barbers for a good cut not sure about anyone else. It would be 4 stars but the barbers yap a lot and it worries me if they're gonna mess up the trim.

Bit of a long wait but ladies are super professional and the hair cut for my boy was awesome. Can do appointments to avoid long wait sitting there.
Asked one of the women to take in the sides of my bread and she chopped off all the length on the bottom and gave the worst beard cut I have ever had , maybe if they stopped chatting to each other she'd be able to do a half decent job
I have never posted a bad review of anywhere, but needs must in this case. I waited over an hour and a half for a haircut, I understand there was only one stylist on duty, but that waiting time is very unfair on paying customers. Once served, there was not even an apology for the extended wait which would have been decent. I only had the back and sides trimmed with the top not touched, in the past and at other barbers, a lower rate is charged as its technically only a part haircut, not complete head. I was disappointed to be charged £9 for this. I am sorry, great haircut but I would not visit here again after todays experience.
Would like to give five stars but there is a member of staff there with died hair, she has no customer service skills at all, I called in and asked how long the wait was, to which she said she didn't know, she said they had two other people waiting, so asked her about how long that would take, and she again said she didn't know, I felt really fobbed off, to be told by a hair dresser that she doesn't know how long it takes to cut two small boys hair! I went back another day, waited along with others in the que and when it was my boys turn she told us to wait for the other hairdresser and she cut the next person in line after us! I didn't make a fuss about it and the girl that cut his hair done a great job and was friendly. But I recommend sending the girl with died hair on a customer service course.
