   Important note for disabled people with mobility needs or in a wheelchair: make sure to use a car park/ drop off point round the back. The entrance off high street is not accessible as it's 2 staircases to get up to the entrance, I had to leave my wheelchair and walk up the steps because my appointment was just after the phone lines closed, so I couldn't even contact anyone. Then I had to walk around inside the place even though someone went to get my wheelchair? This lead to a big crash causing me to be bedbound.

   I cannot rate the front of house team here highly enough. The entire team, with a special mention to John, are brilliant at explaining any issues that arrive dealing with problematic GPs, pharmacies or similar and do a fantastic job of solving any problems in their control and mitigating/apologising for everything else. Usually "NHS reception" is something that causes a reflexive eye roll but this team are the most pleasant and professional I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately I can't give a fully positive impression of this service as a whole - my doctor is pleasant to deal with and I do get the impression my treatment is taken seriously but she has repeatedly made errors in prescription which compounds the problem that the service are unable to transmit prescriptions electronically, forcing me to lose hours of work making an almost three hour round trip in restrictive hours to collect corrected documents which is untenable for me as a self employed person. My Dr did not leave me confident in their capability in review appointments, in one case having to cut my first review short after asking why I hadn't taken medication she had failed to prescribe to me in the first place, and in a second instance similarly attempting to end a review early on learning I had ran out of medication the day of the review (again due to issues delivering prescriptions that prevented a pharmacy error being corrected in a timely fashion) on the belief I had not been taking the medication at all. My request to change doctors has been received positively with a minimum of fuss, once again as a credit to the front of house staff.

   Very very helpful. Couldn't do enough for me. So helpful even when obstacles occurred concerning my own GP. Lovely Consultant and lovely staff. Overall a great experience.

   Lovely staff very welcoming Linda greeted us and offered us a drink made sure we were ok made our stay and wait in the waiting room a good experience didn't wait long the doctor was bang on time overall a 10/10

   Patient needs help leaving their home due to anxiety and agoraphobia. Doctor sends appointment outside of home Patient unable to attend appointment due to needing help going outside and unable to get in touch with place due to phones never being answered. Doctors conclusion = Patient no longer needs help and discharges them. Patient outcome = Gets worse and makes it harder for future doctors to make any progress

   After exhibiting severe PTSD attacks and suicide attempts, the lead clinical pychologist abandoned me in the car park crying and I was told , my session was over, HE WALKED AWAY AND LEFT MR CRYING AND BEGGING FOR HELP. He has never felt threatened because of me , but his arrogance had caused a severe attack, I asked for a specific item to be placed in my notes and he refused. I asked for his attention again and he came back and said I was threatening , Total lie , IF CRYING CAUSES YOU TO FEEL THREATENED, WHY NOT FEEL THREATENED FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS , The reason ?, because he was covering up and complaint I had made 10 months ago. I FEEL LIKE THERE IS NOBODY ELSE TO TURN TO , I ASKED FOR HELP......I WAS REFUSED.
