   I’ve been trying to book a blood test for over a week, can’t find where to do it online. I just phoned again and was caller number 1 for 30 minutes, then the call failed. Need this blood test next week as I need to be checked after being on medication and it’s impossible to get through to make an appointment.

   The appointments system doesn't work, i have been trying to make an appointment for several days now, i keep calling at 1pm 13:00 precisely, just to be told later there are no more appointments left. Which means it doesn't matter if i try to be first, they will again tell me the appointments are fully booked. I will have to change the GP, trying to make an appointment and constantly failling means nothing to my health condition. All i hear is that their system doesn't allow for more appointments. Poor management!

   I have called the receptionist twice this week to get my repeat prescription early as I am going on holiday and I will run out of my tablets while on holiday the receptionist keeps saying you are to early she does not listen it’s totally disgusting I wish they would employ some one that listens to your needs instead of this ridiculous person

   Maybe I was spoilt with my family doctors but since moving and registering at St John’s every interaction I’ve had is atrocious. You phone to try and get an appointment just to be told to call back later/tomorrow they don’t even ask what’s wrong with you! Then when you finally get an appointment the doctor doesn’t call you for it until 20 minutes after! Absolute waste of time

   A very large modern building with 2 surgeries, physio, pharmacy and other facilities to treat people. Pleasant grounds and good car park. Think some of the spaces could be better planned as lots of space that could have been utilised, makes it seem sterile.

   Absolutely Shocking!!! I couldn’t speak highly enough about St Johns Surgery before Covid! However, the pandemic is over!!!!! and the whole system is a farce!!! Every time I have rang for an appointment, I am over 3O I a queue! Today I waited for 50 minutes to be told there are no more appointments and to ring back tomorrow at 8 o’clock again! The receptionist said sorry unfortunately the cut off was just before you which is bad timing!! Absolutely disgusting!! I have previously rang for blood tests and been left on hold for so long as no one answered that I hung up! I really hope the system changes soon, whilst I appreciate we are still recovering from the pandemic, it is not acceptable to have to go through this awful rigmarole to speak to a doctor!
