   I recently took my car to Autophix after the ABS and traction control lights came on. I wanted to get a proper mechanical diagnosis, and Jay was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated with clear explanations and even sent video updates so I always knew what was happening with the car. What really impressed me was their honesty. Instead of replacing all the wheel speed sensor components which would have cost much more they found that the loom was damaged and only needed that replaced with a new one. This saved me around £120, and it shows they genuinely look out for the customer rather than just replacing parts unnecessarily. The quality of their work is top class, and the transparency and communication were outstanding. I’ll definitely be using Autophix for any future mechanical work. Highly recommended!

   I recently went in for a Full Service and Gearbox Service on my BMW 530E. Communication was clear and upfront with no hidden cost or manipulative behaviour to have more works done than necessary like I have experienced previously. In terms of price, I was given a few options along with advice. Updates were regular - once parts had arrived and rough time frame needed to have the works done. Once it was done and time to pick up the car I was given a breakdown of how everything went with pictures, videos and also shown old parts and what it was replaced with. Im very very happy with my car and the level of service provided. Car now drives like new and would definitely definitely recommend anyone looking for a garage.    Highly recommend Auto Phix recently I had my Audi RS5 rear bumper sprayed and when I say it’s a factory finish look I mean it. The customer service was amazing getting regular updates of the car. The workers know what they doing and I was able to leave my car in good hands. Honestly the finished result is amazing seeing the paint shine so bright it’s like it just came out of factory I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get the car repaired or any bodywork to go to auto Phix as there service was amazing within 2 days everything was done definitely will be using them again for any bodywork etc.

   I had an entire left side damage from the front bumper all the way to the rear bumper on my golf r and Jaman and Del did an excellent job in repairing it for me. Walked me through the entire process and gave me update as they progressed through. They even were nice enough paint my chrome parts to gloss black to match my car theme! Really appreciate the work guys! U know who this is! And also have given my wife Audi S3 for repair from rear bumper damage. Will have photos for that uploaded once it is back!

   The best car garage hands down with a very friendly and professional team. I had a lot of damage on my car's body and wheel arch, furthermore during the process even more problems came to surface. It was definitely a bit of a nightmare for someone like me who never dealt with a damaged car. However throughout the process the team was extremely helpful, they constantly provided great suggestions and solutions while keeping us updated with information and videos. They did an amazing job on the car, it came out looking better then when I bought it. Excellent service, will 100% be coming back for any future repair/ servicing. Highly recommended!

   Me and my husband used AutoPhix for our recently bought BMW 3 series. Which had a drivetrain issue. Jay strove endlessly to ensure that the problem was resolved and gave us a thorough diagnostic which ended up being a clutch and flywheel repair. He kept us up to date every step of the way. Provided video evidence of the faults he found alongside an oil leak. He fixed every problem and also did a full service on the car all for a very good price. Finding issues with your car after having just purchased it can be one of the most stressful things you can be faced with. But AutoPhix reassured us and we felt at ease throughout the process. He takes good care of his cars and in my 10 years of driving I haven’t come across a mechanic like this. We have found our go-to mechanic. It’s difficult to find someone who is transparent and honest when repairing cars. The car feels so much better than we we first purchased it.

   Excellent experience, It was my first time having to deal with a broken car (new driver) And Autophix 24/7 Recovery were super reliable in picking up my car at 4am in central London. And then Jay from Auto Phix Repairs was super super helpful in repairing my car the following day. My car got a new clutch and exhaust and I'm very happy with the results.
