Extremely disappointed with the haircut I received yesterday. What I asked for wasn’t what I left with, if the cut was too technical for the barber, I’d have appreciated some honesty. I asked for a really low fade, the fade goes up to the very top of my head. The fringe was supposed to be blunt and short but instead it was left mop like and is far too long. I’ll have to go to another barbers now to fix it up. Not a happy customer and will not return!

Best barbers in Chester, had my haircut at fractured society every month since it opened. Great atmosphere, friendly and extremely helpful talented staff. Jack has been my barber for years would highly recommmed. Had my haircut and a shave by Connor too that was also excellent. Easy to book through booksy, can’t recommend the place any higher.
My teenage son had a lovely cut by Dan. He is always worried about having too much cut off but Dan has obviously listened as it's perfect. We are both very happy with it.
Great barbers, we had will and he was great with my sons hair and even did a design in his hair, definitely go again.
The first time I took my grandson there,he was worried about it all as hes never been there before. He doesn't like the hairdryer and Will who cut his hair put a special piece on the dryer to make it quieter..when we left the first time he said he liked the place and would like to go back. So we went back and jayden who is 7 remembered Will and was happy to have his haircut here and for Will to do it,he makes him feel comfortable and I can see he is relaxed. The haircut was just what he wanted and he came out of there a happy chappy he can't wait to go back. So I would recommend to anyone who needs a great vibing place to get what you want and more. The lads are a great bunch! Price's are reasonable aswell.
Great Barbers, been going for over 3 years. I have had trims from 4 of thr barbers which have all been consistently good. For the last 2 and a half years I always have Jack Wilson who does amazing trims, on top of that the conversation is always good and fresh. The experience is always top notch. Highly recommended Fractured Society and Jack Wilson!
