Wow as a first time customer I booked an appointment which was confirmed straight away, then 1 and half hour to go before my time it’s been Cancelled on me very disappointing

Was going to take my grandson for a haircut. Not one member of staff wore face coverings or masks unless they were around their necks. Did not use hand sanitizer from 1 customer to another so we walked out.
