    Unprofessional. I went there to check what was my car’s problem and the level of knowledge and professionalism was really low. Let me justify my 1 star rating. I had the engine light on. As I was driving to the garage I usually go, I went past this garage as it is the way I usually drive to go to work. So I thought let’s visit them, maybe they are good, let’s give it a try. I went there, explained what the issue was and he then run the system with a device-scanner to see what was the problem. Firstly, while he was running the check he was in the car with his cigarette smoking. You dont get to someone’s car smoking while you are serving a client, sir. Then, he deleted the engine light and wanted to test drive it so he could see if the light will appear again. Secondly, he drove my car recklessly to “test” it if it was alright. There is nothing wrong with testing the car, but speeding when you see a bump doesn’t make sense. He didn’t even try to avoid any of them. Just reckless driving like he was in a video game. Thirdly, the light came back on so he checked on YouTube what the problem is and how to fix it. A device needed to be replaced as the old one was damaged. So I asked him: “how much is this device going to cost”, he was like “I dont know, I have to ckeck online”. I told him “okey, have a look and let me know so I know how much I’ll have to pay for the part and the labour”. He said that I have to order it myself and then go back to him for him to fit it, but still, no price given, and the attitude was exactly the opposite of the one he should have. Not effort or whatsoever on actually trying to give a solution. I assume it was because it was not expensive job, so he didn’t bother. Fourthly, on top of that, he charged me. Out of politeness I asked “how much do I owe you?” And he said “because I run the scanner to check on the issue is £20”. Nobody has ever charged me on running a scan with their device. It doesn’t even make sense. Just to give you an idea, I bought the scanner myself (£10), I bought the part myself (£20), and I fitted it to my car myself in 30’ (YouTube tutorial). The scanner I bought is not the same with the one he had, of course, but got the job done. I dont care about the £20 that I paid but what bothered me was that they thought they were smarties by charging me. Hopefully they will listen to this feedback and improve themselves for their future clients.

    Leon is so knowledgeable and a great guy. The place is well located near Palmers Green. I'm quite particular when it comes to engine oils and I was glad to see they use quality oil that is approved unlike the Triple QX oil you get from Euro Car Parts etc.
