    Just read the salons reply to my review. Cannot believe that they told a blatant lie & accused me of making the mix up over the timing of my appointment. Why on earth would I lie about how I wanted my colour to be done? Very surprised at their unprofessional attitude. My original review -‘1st time attending here, saw a stylist called Andrea but apparently there was a mix up over I hadn’t been allocated enough time for my colour & cut. They seemed to waste 20 minutes working out if the appointment/colour could be done. Once they had decided everything went well. Extremely pleased with my hair but not pleased about the price. Got rather a shock at £117!!! Won’t be going back now. Don’t mind if just under £100 in these difficult times but just charging way too much I feel.’
