I had the best ever haircut in my long life (75). Terrific. However I was enclosed with a used cape with some of the last customer's hair and there was no sign of the comb or razor being sterilised..just used from the last customer. Terrible! For that reason I shan't be coming back. Suggest disposable capes and equipment dropped in sterilising fluid between customers.....

I very rarely leave reviews in a bad nature but this just needed to be said. I came in today for my hair cut to be seen by a lady. She asked how I like my hair cut in which I stated a low skin fade. She was already coming across as quite rude before we even started, she got on with my cut to which she then noticed my psoriasis on the side of my head. She started saying very loudly ‘problem problem!’ Have a sick skin’ which made me feel very embarrassed as there was a couple of people in the barbers at the time. I explained to the lady that I have psoriasis. It is absolutely fine as this is some thing I’ve had for a very long time. She kept going on about how theirs a problem and my skin is very sick. She then proceeded to get her mobile phone so she can take. Picture and show me. She then asked how I’d like my beard, which I replied a very small amount taken off just basically tidy it for me please: she then started taking loads off the sides; as this point she was too far in for me to say anything. When I put my glasses on I had noticed she has also left my fringe very short bare in mind I only asked for a 5 on top, not scissored so there’s no chance there should of been a confusion. She also refused to do a skin face because of my very abnormal skin and only blended, I have had this skin condition all my life and have had skin fades for the past 10 years, so what’s the issue now? I was already embarrassed enough to bring this up and just left feeling like a complete idiot and the fact I’m not a normal person by having psoriasis. I used to use this barbers often but now I wouldn’t set foot in there and I’ll be making sure every single person in the local area to not attend unless they don’t mind being humiliated infront of many people.

My first time using JJ's Barbers at Westminster Park shops. Very pleased with the cut. Don't know the name of the person cutting, but he took time to find out the style I wanted, and took plenty of time to do a good job. Price very reasonable.

Great addition to the Westminster park shopping area. The guys are really friendly and great with my boys when I take them for a hair cut. They offer you drinks whilst you wait, it’s very clean and they are very polite and they are following the COVID rules and couldn’t be more accommodating. I forgot my loyalty card and they just said remind them next time and they will stamp it for me. Very kind and will keep using for my boys hair cuts. Thank you
