   Never answer the phone took me 4 days of calling every day to get through and when I do I get moaned at about calling for my blood pressure tablets, and yet still haven't got any, thanks alot, my blood pressure is through the roof now it been like this for 4 days now, if anything happens to me now, you are being sued, worse place I've ever come across

   Booked an app for my toddler and all was confirmed. Spent the morning getting ready, just to be told they tried to call me to cancel, which they didn’t. The dental receptionist on duty Monday morning had a face like a smack behind & was rude upon my arrival. She insisted That I changed my number, which is why I didn’t get a call, which is a lie. She didnt greet any patients and acted as if we were annoying her. I walked out without rescheduling and won’t be attending any further appointments. No apology, no manners, nothing.

   Tried to get through by phone, I was ringing from 8am till 12 pm couldn't get though. Went to the pharmacy advised me to see gp went to the doctor explaining the problem, only to be told to go to the pharmacy. I explained again that the pharmacy advised me to see gp as I need antibiotics and there was only one sort I could take due a allergies. Then I was told to go to a walk in center I gave up in the end and said so basically I have to suffer as you can do your job , it's a joke

   My partner has an ongoing health condition and we have found the staff at Waterfront Surgery very helpful. I think people should appreciate that they are doing the best they can given the current condition and limited resources the NHS have.

   Terrible! I never use the doctors but I’m in extreme pain with my ears they sent me to Llyods pharmacy for ear ache for llyods to tell me they only deal with 1-17year olds and if I’m older I need to see a doctor. I call the surgery back and they couldn’t care less telling me well there are no appointments not even phone consultations so basically deal with it!!!! Absolutely shocking!!!

   It's the reception staff that let this surgery down, most of them have real unprofessional attitudes. Especially the one who sits at the back and rolls her eyes huffing and puffing because she has to get off her lazy backside to talk to a patient who doesn't want to shout across the room. And Pat is very rude she needs sacking. You have one staff member tell you one thing and another tells you different because all they do is fob people off. None of them have a clue on what they're doing, wouldn't trust them to run a bath.

   Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment with the midwife but then got cancelled & rebooked 9 days later via automated sms. Then a few hours later get a voice message stating that appointment has been cancelled and rebooked again!! I lost a whole days work and now have to leave work again to attend this appointment!? Living costs are mad high already and this does not help. I asked the woman on the phone to arrange for a more convenient time and she just went on a mad one, totally unprofessional on her part. If you dont like your job, just leave, otherwise just get on with it!

   Absolute joke of a doctors! The doctor will happily prescribe you what you need but then will take days to actually send it to the pharmacy, even after saying you will need to start the medication ASAP. The fact it can take 4hours or a few days to send it is absolutely shocking. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m not hanging around for it to happen again.

   I have to say visited twice in the last two weeks once with my daughter and grandchild & once for myself, time was plentiful & they couldn’t do enough for us! I think this surgery is on the way up, they have recruited new staff & it seems a breath of fresh air for a change!
