Had to use the services of the practise recently, and I cannot complain about any of my encounters. The online process is really easy, and I imagine helps a lot with triage. I've been helped in a quick/reasonable time and the help recieved has been good. Surgeries up and down the country recieve quite a bashing in recent years, but I've found my personal experiences here to be good, and feel we don't report on the better experiences enough.

I have received the best health support from the practice in the last few weeks. On my first appointment I was sent for a number of different tests by Dr Asraf for which I received results quickly and in turn contact from the practice to provide treatments and follow up appointments and tests. I’ve had to make a number of appointments, and visit the practice every couple of days and all staff I have encountered have been extremely helpful and organised. I have countered a number of new GPs who were all amazing g as well as practice nurses who were all just so friendly and assuring. I am genuinely grateful for their support and my experience.

We’re more concerned me writing a bad review under an unregistered name rather than actually acknowledging the negative feedback. I had wrote a review not under my name, due to not wanting my information to get out there, which I’m glad I did. As the respond to my feedback was more of a concerns that I’m not a registered patient even though I was just reporting my issue under a different name. Pathetic .

Had an appointment at 9:20am, was sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes after that time. My other half asked the receptionist what was going on and was met with hostility and attitude from them. The reception staff need serious training on how to deal with simple requests.

I had a Mirena Coil inserted by Dr Tank in May 2025, I was her first patient she'd ever done and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I've had coils for 15 years, and barely had issues with it. For starters she didn't wait for the Cathejel to numb the area, second and the biggest problem was there were no stirrups for my legs and as a fibromialgia patient it was horrendous to hold my legs open for 45 minutes while it felt like she stabbed me with a sharp blade in my uterus and cervix. They had issues putting it in because I was so cramped and concentrating on keeping my muscles in my legs open that i couldn't relax my internal muscles for the fitting and removal. A few weeks later I felt as though the strings were too long but ignored it as i couldn't feel the coil in my cervix, I've also been having weird periods since the fitting which has not been normal for me. In 15 years i've NEVER bled on the coil - not once. Another thing which i ignored because I understand you can bleed on the coil. Now four months later after being in horrendous pain all morning, feeling as though my inards were falling out I feel for the strings to find a strange hardness in my cervix - the coil, and had to spend EIGHT hours in A&E at Russells Hall to get someone to remove it because I couldn't pee, poo, sit or lie down without being in pain and feeling sick. They took it out finally last night, and after words with the Doctor of Gynocology about my experience at the practise it became VERY obvious it was NOT normal, she was HORRIFIED by my treatment. Not to mention the woman who was supervising Dr Tank came up to me and asked: "Why are you crying dear? We aren't even touching you." In the most condescending way possible when I was in tears almost blacking out from the pain. I am disgusted by the service, and after 40+ minutes of the pain I HAD to endure throughout the procedure I had to have more pain in order for it to be removed. I am continually disgusted by this practise over the years, and I'm fed up with it.

Receptionist Dawn very rude and condescending, she first took all my details to book me for appointment, then she asked me the reason for a GP appointment, after she choose not to give me the appointment based on my needs. This is discrimination against human rights. NHS have zero tolerance against abuse towards staff ,what about patients ?

My daughter was recently ill, and having explained to reception that I needed the doctor to call, after some sorting, within half hour he called , and within an hour she was seen. Can't fault this service at all. Dr Param was brilliant with my daughter, she's now back to her normal self. Thankyou. 5*

Had to book a Blood test at Doctors request so collected my sticker with the details for the blood test, when I got to Ladies Walk clinic the girl doing my bloods asked my name and date of birth. She then told me that this wasn't my details, I had been given another person's details. I was not too pleased and surely this comes into data protection with knowing NHS number along with date of birth and address.

The worst GP I have ever being dealing with. Staff are dismissive over tge phone that if you get a chance of talking to them. Secondly it seems that there's never available appointments. You stand more chance to meet the King then see the doctor atthis practice. All they are good at is argue with you over the phone they should have turn their business into "debate service". Not even talking how they made my daughter medication a chaos i had to ring multiple time to sort it out for months. I don't know why they still operating they should be investigated and see if the tax payers money is spent properly.
