I hate to leave a bad review because they all seemed like lovely girls, but the care I received was appalling. I got 100+ units of trap tox that essentially had no results. When I was leaving there was some discussion about a 2 week follow up appointment. It’s such terrible aftercare that this was never booked - I was never called with this -, and after I chased them a month later they said the window had expired. I tried to gather clarity and further discussion but they continually did not respond for days (weeks), which is just shocking, so the conversation went nowhere and with me on read. Honestly I wouldn’t go here for something more serious like my face if the aftercare (and results) was this horrible. Waste of money.
