   Words can't really describe how FANTASTIC they were!! I strongly recommend using them. They are my local garage and I went in asking for advice as the locking wheel nut in one of my wheel is missing (lost by the company who refurbished my wheels without realising until a couple of months later). Christine discussed the options with me, promptly ordered a new set of 4 from BMW, Toby installed them and all without charging me a single penny for their time - according to them it wasn't much trouble and it would take no time to replace! They merely charged me for the cost of the locking wheel nuts from BMW. I can't thank them enough.

   First time using Direct Garage Services. Learnt they were acquired by Karen Autos recently. Issue causing MOT failure was recitified by Lloyd and vehicle subsequently passed. Pricing reasonable. Christine great with communications too. I think I have definitely found a local garage of choice. Blackheath Tyres round the corner are also a great bunch where I do my tyres so proves you can have good local service providers without traveling far afield if you look well enough.

   Have used Karen Autos for a few years now and they have recently taken over Direct Garage Services. They're upfront about costs and won't make you pay for anything you don't need. They always do a great job and are super friendly! When I broke down and got towed to them they went above and beyond calling AA to explain the repairs so that I could get reimbursed the repair costs. Can't recommend them enough, great local garage!

   Great garage. Been here before as well as the other Karen Autos site with my other car. I was a bit worried about finding an MOT garage who was confident with dealing with EVs which have special jacking points and details of how to run some MOT tests, and when I popped in they reassured me about this. MOT was completed today on time. Couldn't recommend more highly.

   Great garage! Despite being busy, they fitted me in to check out a funny engine noise which i was worried about, and then fixed it straight away. Efficient, reasonable and professional. I can understand why they had cars queuing for an MOT!

   HONEST! I have been using this garage for 3 years now and I cannot praise them enough. They are very fast and extremely honest with all their customers which is refreshing in this day and age. I have recommended them to numerous friends who all have said they are happy with their work and surprised by the reasonable costs and transparency. It would be great if all businesses conducted themselves this way by putting their clients first and also not charging ridiculous amounts. Good stuff!
