I went to Riverside Garage yesterday and was so pleased to see Jonathan who formerely worked in Delacourt motors. I said there was a check light assuming the alternator within minutes with the Ipad cleared it and even turned my car around so I was facing out the right way. I would strongly recommend this garage to all my family and friends. 10 out of 10.
Great garage and great people! Have used this garage for years at the recommendation of a neighbour and have always been treated with respect, not patronised or taken for a ride as a female customer - contrary to previous experiences. The owner went over and above to help me with a dashboard issue I had inadvertently caused without making me feel stupid and without charging, all without an appointment. They are reliable, friendly, honest and helpful and as a result, I am a happy and loyal customer.
Highly recommended! Excellent experience at this friendly and very competent garage. Car runs super smoothly after a service, and they also resolved various things related to the MOT for importing a LHD car into the UK. They definitely 'go the extra mile', and with a smile!

Saved an absolute fortune! My reliable 14 year old Zafria (had it from new) looked like it was on the way out. Engine very rough on starting, and would have no power until warmed up. Vauxhall wanted 'silly money' just to look at it (with no guarantee of a fix). The garage that does my normal service/MOT couldn't found a fault, so time to say goodbye (I thought). I'm local to this garage, so popped in on the off change. They seemed very busy, and but booked me in (seeing it was a cold engine fault, I had to leave it overnight)! Had a call to say that they needed more time with it, but I could pick it up and just return it later (no charge..)! Got a call to say that the car was ready, it needed a 'Software Update' and the cost was so reasonable I gave them a drink (I've paid more for bad meals). The car now drives like new, and as there's nothing wrong with it, I'm happy to keep it (and the money for a new car in the bank)! Thanks guys, excellent job.
