   We needed to do an MOT urgently and decided to come here — and we’re so glad we did! We saw that there were available slots online, but our internet connection at home was poor, so we called the service. They answered right away and helped us book the nearest available time. The staff member was very friendly and explained everything clearly and simply. The MOT was done quickly and professionally. We’re very satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Jane for her help and kindness! Highly recommend this place.

   I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Kwik Fit Blackheath store. The manager's behaviour was notably rude, which set a negative tone from the start. Despite my visit being for a simple flat tyre check, I was left waiting unnecessarily for about 45 minutes to an hour without any proper communication or updates. Such poor customer service and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their service standards.

   Terrible customer service. Called this morning and the lad who answered the phone couldn’t have sounded more bored and put out at having to speak to customers. Charlton site had said they may have been able to help with our query but the earliest appointment they had was too far for us, so offered us Blackheath’s number to see if they had earlier appointments. The lad on the phone told us with an incredibly bored and sulky tone that it isn’t something they help with at all, though he had to ask again what we needed done despite the fact I expressed it very clearly and concisely, showing that he wasn’t paying attention at all. Awful customer service and definitely won’t be coming here or recommending.

   Had full service done on my car and they said they needed to change the windshield wipers, which they did. As soon as I used it, they broke and no wonder since it was attached by TAPE. Now having to wait 2 weeks for them to fix what they originally “fixed”. I can’t drive the car because it’s raining and also disappointed that they tried to make it seem like I broke it just by using them, even though it’s not my fault that they attached it so poorly. Still no apology from them for causing this inconvenience.

   Amit, was very patient, polite and passionate with his job. As he had to deal with a lot of bureaucracy in order to get my type fixed. Well done. Would recommend his branch of Keith fit to family and friends.

   Very efficient and friendly team. I drove over a deep pothole and my car made a weird sound for a moment. I brought my car to this store to get it checked. They inspected the car and found no issues. To my surprise they didn't even charge me for the inspection!

   Used to love coming here to get my car fixed when it needed to as the people there was so lovely polite and welcoming and since they went under new management they have gone downhill very badly. The management team are rude to their employees and I now would never recommend this location to anyone I know of as it’s disgusting as well as disrespectful behaviour and shouldn’t be happening especially in front of customers.

   I booked the appointment for 8:30am as I needed to go to work after. When I arrived I was told that the guy that was meant to look at my car was coming after 9am. Also, they didn’t carry out all the checks that I was billed for. I was watching them from the window and can tell they just replaced the wheels and that is it. They didn’t even lift the bonnet to check the battery etc. I asked if they had done everything and they said yes. I asked for a report. They said they will email it to me. I have not received any report. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and certainly won’t come back.

   Straight to the point, exceptional attention to detail. I couldn’t collect my vehicle straight away because I had to go somewhere but Gohan and the rest of the team were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
