   Mutlu is a great guy. Sorted out a tricky electrical problem. Booked myself in for a couple of days time when he was less busy and had a free slot - got it all sorted. Will be my first port of call locally whenever I need an auto electrical fix.

   Avoid! I came in to get my car window regulator changed and he said he could do it. When I was supposed to collect he said the part h ordered didnt fit and then said my car was so difficult to deal with. I said just to put it back together and I'll collect it and take it somewhere else. He said it would cost £60 (for doing nothing). And then once I paid he said here's a bag with all the bits of your car (my car didn't come in pieces he took it out and refused to put it back). He took out the motor everything in this bag. He told me to get off the phone as he hasn't got time to waste (when I'm waiting and the person was on hold). I had to take my car to another mechanic and it cost me an additional £100 on top of paying the normal fee to sort out the issue. Avoid this place

   The owner did a fantastic job on my car. I had an issue with the electrics—a door and window wouldn’t open. It was fixed in less than an hour, and the fault was thoroughly explained to me. Exceptional service!

   Called in to get a simple plug and play unit to be reinstalled and the live redirected and straight away he said no ?! .. I wasn’t happy with the service at all as it’s a simple task..a car electrician I’m not sure …??. Just awful and unhelpful didn’t even ask to look at it. I’d rather spend my money with someone that takes their job seriously .

   I highly recommend Mutlu Auto Electrics. We needed to install a light board to put on our boot-mounted bike rack. Everywhere else we called didn't know what we were talking about, but Mutlu did! He installed the light board very quickly for us, and even helped us out later that day with a jump start when we accidentally flattened our car battery while we were fiddling about fixing the bikes to the boot. Really friendly and helpful. Thank you Mutlu!

   Extremely unprofessional service, charged me for reporting back to me the problem that I reported when I dropped off the car, told me to order the part myself and that he couldn't sort out the car, yet extorted money for doing nothing. Not to mention the rude welcome by both the worker and the razy mechanic woman and old man next door. Offers no parking facility and just clearly desperate for cash. Avoid this place like a plague

   Great man, was able to Diagnose a problem with my headlamp and was very polite and detailed with his explanations, very warm welcoming at reception and they keep you up to date. Even offered to fix my headlamp for free and only required labour fee. Would definitely recommend.

   Excellent service, saved us a lot a money, Mutlu is a very efficient, effective and competent auto electrician, good at finding the problem and the solution, he will take things apart and fix them if possible rather than ordering unnecessary new parts. Very happy with the service and the quick fix. We would highly recommend and travel across London to go there.
