Always a personable and caring service where I always feel able to make requests and queries and everyone from the reception staff to the nurses, registrars and GPs are genuinely interested in your health and your wellbeing. It is such a refreshing change from my family's previous GP practice. That really are great. Couldn't all them for more.

Trying to book an appointment has gone from bad to worse. I have been a patient at this practice for nearly 30 years. I think it's much easier making a hospital appointment than making one with my doctor. I am not very good with computers . Calling the practice I'm told to go on line and book an appointment but not sure who with. I think it's easier to go to A&E. Since covid the service is now dreadful. I've had surgery to my spine. Heart and still not seen a doctor.
Absolutely without a hesitation or shadow of doubt this is 100% the best doctors practice in not only this county but more likely than not the whole country. The reception staff are pleasant, polite and so, so very helpful. The doctors themselves are very, very thorough and don't leave a stone unturned to diagnose you; and the bedside manner is second to none. One word to describe the doctors; phenomenal.
First I would like to thank all the medical team for being on the ball with their care. They look after their patients so well and I'm so grateful to be one of those patients. Then the unsung heroes the non medical staff who are so patient with the people who attend the practice. A very big thank you to you all and keep up the excellent work.Thank you again Sheila Phillips.
Please doctor baron, you are the only doctor at Kingswinford who I was told, was going to be dealing with me, Mathew nock, but some other doctor, doctor Vera stopped my medication and made me suffer, I'm just letting you know I will be taking further action on this matter as she didn't even bother to read what was on my medical records on the computer obviously this as caused a lot of pain and distress and NO sleep and due to this situation I'm suffering again today.
Most the time people will only leave negatives but iv not really had any bad experiences here. Stephen does a wonderful job, 3 of the nurses/Dr's iv seen are absolutely superb. I'v only ever really been let down by one GP who was a locum at the time and not seen since.
What's the point in the staff at the desk telling anybody to phone at 8.00am to see if there is an appointment , I believe they take the phone off the hook and wait for about an hour bedore replacing it because I started calling at 7.57am and it was engaged and I can't believe the queue filled up that quick. I rang 80 times in a matter of 5 minutes ive got better chance of winning the Lotto then getting an appointment plus it would help if they was opened at least 5 days aweek. I think they should get paid when they treat you abit like the dentist and stop he local government giving them the money up front. I bet the appointment times will go down then. Plus stop telling us to phone 111 all they do is tell you to go to A&E which is in the worst state as it is.
My ex mother-in-law as a regular six to four week window appointment for treatment for her feet , giving her great relief an aiding her to.walk.
This is a second month since my wife started calling the surgery just to arrange a meeting with her GP. On Wednesday the 19th Jan 2022 she had to redial the number exactly 63 times and stay on the phone for 1.5 hrs before she managed to get through to the reception. The receptionist refused to arrange the meeting with the GP. Home visit was unavailable nor conversation over the phone with GP. Meanwhile my wife's health deteriorated such much that we started considering 999 or A&E in the local hospital. No hand clapping from me this time.
