   Diane “saved me”. She saved my sanity, my health and probably my family. Following a full hysterectomy, I was told by my GP that I could not have HRT and did not need it anyway as I had no womb. My physical and mental symptoms are too numerous to even mention and there were days. I saw no point in getting up and doing it all over again. I know my family were suffering yet there was nothing I could do as I felt like I was alone in a bubble. Diane was recommended to me by a mutual friend. I was a little sceptical at first, as I thought I was beyond help. From the moment I sat down, I finally saw light at the end of the tunnel. Two years on, and I am a completely different woman I found me again in so many ways and could not have achieved this without Diane. I still see Diane on a regular basis for reviews which are so important to me. I have all my bloods done so I constantly know what is going on and if my HRT needs tweaking. I could go on and on, but I think Diane knows how grateful I am for her saving me, and hundreds of other ladies.

Appointment took a long time but I can see why Diane is so busy.    I had my first consultation with Diane yesterday, she was extremely professional, listened attentively to my story and gave me advice and support. Diane then explained the treatment and management best for my symptoms and prescribed the medication. Her dispensary then contacted me and delivered the prescription within 2 days. Diane’s service is excellent, speedy and she does what she says she will do. I found her to be kind, considerate and unhurried, for the first time in a long time of trying to get help for my debilitating menopause symptoms I feel that I have been taken seriously, listened to and supported, at long last I believe that I am going to feel better and my quality of life will improve. I am 69 years old and I have suffered the symptoms of menopause since the age on 38, there are no words to adequately thank Diane for her care and consideration, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Diane.
