Lottery of same day appointments. Ring the surgery at 8am to request a same day appointment. Rang bang on 8am to find myself number 30 in the queue.... needless to say - no same day appt available. what a lottery - doesn't do much for the blood pressure.

Thanks to this surgery, I nearly died in late 2023 from a twisted colon. The surgery gave up on me because they were unable to diagnose my condition. I ended up in A&E and had hours to live in excruciating pain. Now living with a debilitating bowel condition. Would give zero stars if I could. The practice couldn't care less when I told them after the event. Very cold and shocking behaviour.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Registered to this surgery by putting my postcode in on the NHS website (which said the surgery covers my area and is accepting new patients). After completing the form, a few days later I rang the surgery to get an appointment, spoke to a very unhelpful reception who said she can’t find my registration and that I would need to fill it in again (although I had a registration reference number). She then passed the phone to someone else, by the name of Helen I believe, very rude and abrupt - said she has found me and I am out of there area and hung up. Ridiculous as thats not what the website said. I’m quite happy the registration didn’t go through now, as the customer service seems just as bad as my last surgery. Avoid!
These have been my doctors since I’ve been a child they are always so helpful and friendly. Drs are brilliant. When my son was born he had a few problems and they have been amazing with him also. Very good Drs, service and getting an app I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Great Surgery I manage a local care home. the staff are professional approachable and quick to respond. We have a Dr allocated to us and he is always willing to discuss new avenues of care to ensure the residents get the best care.
I Recently registered to this surgery after moving to the area. Quick and easy to book appointments, staff are friendly, the Dr I saw today was fantastic dealing with my 1 year old. I’m very happy with the service.
Absolutely disgusting. No compassion or care whatsoever. My Dad passed away on Saturday and we were told we would get the death certificate the next day. After phoning several times and being fobbed off with excuses and told the doctor had not had time we finally had a call to collect it half an hour before closing on Tuesday night. Just left hanging for days waiting for them to be bothered to sign a piece of paper. Disgusting
I have been very happy since moving to this surgery. It is easy to book appointments, even for the next day. Totally happy with the service both face to face and using the online appointment system via patient access.
