   I can't give 0 stars, otherwise I would. In short this surgery has a very abrupt and rude receptionist, I was only there for 5 minutes because I was dropping off a sample for my mum, but it seemed like everything was too much trouble. Quite frankly I never want to go there again.

   Brilliant service from Moss Grove, called at 3pm on Monday for appointment for my 4 year old and was advised to put in a online form. Within 20 mins was called to be offered a appointment at 5.20 that day. Saw a trainee GP who was fantastic, he was so knowledgeable and took the time to find out what was wrong with my son. I received a call from him today to check how he was and if he was feeling better. Felt very reassured and can't thank them enough for all their help in getting my son treatment asap. Thank you all, everyone is amazing!!

   I have had to make appointments to see a doctor over the last few months and each time I telephoned at 8am didn’t always get through to the operator straight away but kept on dialling until the recorded voice informed me that I was in the queue and that I could have a”call back “ the receptionist called every time and I was offered the appointment that I needed. Excellent service and treated with dignity every time,thank you Moss Grove both in Kinver and Kingswinford we are truly blessed to have such great service

   For me personally I’ve found the whole team at Moss Grove (doctors, nurses and admin) professional, efficient and kind. Referrals to local hospitals for consultations and scans were handled in a timely manner, and resulted in good investigations and outcome. Thank you for your continued support.

   In my resent times I've found myself returning to the practice. I've found that Nina Jane. And debs are the most important nurses with in the practice, . As the level of care and afishant way they deal with patients. I think it's good practice that the nurses book the patients appointment. As they know how long it takes, I'm pretty sure that all the staff and other nurses are as good but I feel a special shout out for Nina Jane and debs

   I’ve been a member of these doctors for 6.5 years and never had a bad experience. Not even through covid. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Call wait times sometimes a little on the longer side but absolutely cannot blame the staff for this. Whilst being based at this surgery I’ve had 2 pregnancies (a singleton and twin pregnancy) both times my experience with visiting the community midwife has been great. Many appts for my children over the last 3/4 years and they’ve again been amazing with accommodating same day appts no problem, friendly on phone and face to face, some of the best GPs I’ve ever seen - so thorough, friendly and understanding. Honestly I cannot speak highly enough of them!

   I have been registered with Moss Grove Surgery since I was an infant and I have to say I am now at the point of giving up on the post covid shambles this surgery has become. I was unable to see a doctor originally but a practice nurse who was able to prescribe treatment and advised I should have a chest x-ray plus full blood tests which I have duly had . He advised I should make an appointment to see him about a week after my blood test. I have been on hold for 25 minutes today as the website for this surgery seems to be permanently “closed due to too much traffic” so that’s an option already ruled out. I finally got through only to be told that the nurse will be on leave for two weeks and I will have to phone on the day to get a doctors appointment. I said id come in and book but was advised this is not an option as it is now the surgery’s practice not to book appointments at reception?? If it the hope that’s people will give up or go private then well done. There is no reason why we cannot go back to pre covid practises. Also I am the primary carer for my 89 year old Mother ..how would she cope unable to hear , unable to make appointments , . ?Who is the practice manager , who is making these decisions. /Disgraceful

   I’ve been with Moss Grove for many years and wanted to see a doctor, So I emailed them after doing a Google search and was surprised at the low star rating, at 9.30 the email went, 9.52 the surgery called me and said they could see me at 2.20. So within five hours I received excellent service from the doctor I saw, he explained everything to me in detail. This is despite me stating it wasn’t urgent and I would have been happy to have been seen in the next few days. I felt the rating a little unfair and if you follow the system the practice is 5 star.

   For people that have a job and work for a living this practice makes it extremely difficult to get an appointment when you need to see a doctor rather than clogging up A&E! This whole system of ring on the day is pathetic, you ring at 8 join a cue then get cut off, eventually when you do get through they have no appointments left at 8.25. I’m not being funny but where is the harm in planning an appointment for a day off in advance if it’s not an emergency? Therefore leaving slots for people that need a doctor that day available? My condition has now got alot worse as you wouldn’t book me an appointment sooner, so I’ll have to go to the hospital and clog up the system even more, something which I thought you would be aware of! So this is just a little Thankyou from me for being so amazing!!

   I joined Moss Grove in 2021. I have nothing but respect for this GP facility. They operate an online email system to easily email your GP for none urgent cases. The GP gets back to you either by email or requested communication. Fantastic facility. I have recently had the need to use the practice nurses on a daily basis for 4 weeks, all on the practice nurse team have been amazing and caring I really can't thank them enough for their every day service.
