   Excellent service every single time! Whenever I have an issue with my car, I bring it here without hesitation. The staff are experienced, professional, and really know what they’re doing. They always take the time to find the best and most cost-effective solution to get your car back on the road. Their customer service is outstanding, and they always make sure you leave completely satisfied. Toukir is amazing , always so helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable.    I had a coolant leak, they took a few days to investigate (gave me regular updates) and then found the issue, fixed at a good price and haven't had a coolant leak since! They dont take any shortcuts, they fully investigate and present you several options. Have also used them for many other jobs on my car. Very professional, well run garage, you will not find a better garage for the price or work they do.

   Please note, all positive reviews are from previous garage owner. I use to know the family they were lovely polite Bangladeshi family operated business. The new operators of the business are really poor businessman and will quote you ridiculous sums for parts/repairs. Do not be deceived by the transparency, this is the garage's way of protecting themselves. Although, there is warranty for parts they offer. They will blame it on you and avoid fixing the issue. I have reported the garage to trading standards. I also have whatsapp conversations to show the poor service they offer. If you are within this vicinity of the garage, I suggest using other local garages before you are roped in to a mess I am currently dealing with which is waiting for outstanding repairs that the garage failed to do properly themselves. They have told me to go to another establishment to do the repair because they are busy.

   I needed to get an MOT, oil change and had an issue with water filling up in my door when it rained, I used to use a different place, but they've been wasting my time and giving me the run around. My mum went here and recommended them to me, I called them up and was told I could come round and drop my car off. When I got there, I explained the situation and I was recommended to get a minor service instead of just an oil change and I was explained why that would be better and what that includes, and I was happy with it and agreed. I was asked for my service book I didn't know what that was as I was never asked for this before, and everything was explained to me. I was surprised that no one else told me this before. I was really happy with the service and the fact they took the time to explain things to me, I will be using them again and I cannot recommend them enough.

   I have been using this place for almost a year now and I have to say Shaz and his team are the best car mechanics in the whole area and I'm always receiving stellar service from them, no matter what. I first came to them with a job to dismantle and clean the intake system on my Mitsubishi Shogun and do some valve clearance and timing chain checks at the same time. I literally canvassed about 20 different garages in the area which mostly didn't even understand what I was after and the few that did, didn't want to take the job. Shaz immediately said that they can do it and few days later everything was done to a very high standard and a very reasonable price. I'm using their services ever since and they did a lot of stuff on my car and I was never disappointed.
