   URGENT WARNING: THE MOTOR OMBUDSMAN HAVE INVESTIGATED THIS BUSINESS AND IDENTIFIED THAT THEY ARE ACTIVELY SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. PROOF ATTACHED. ***THEY ARE NOW CLOSING DOWN*** ............................. THIS GARAGE HAS TO BE THE WORST GARAGE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. DO NOT COME HERE, AS A NEARBY RESIDENT WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN THIS AREA DO NOT COME HERE. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND ARE HAVING FUN MESSING WITH PEOPLE AT THIS POINT BEFORE THEY GO. They wanted to charge me almost £700 for a full service as the price of oil has gone up when it was originally £270. I included my original invoices so you can see for yourself. They changed my brakes and didn't contact me, there was nothing wrong with them. Check the invoices how they scammed me they charged for each individual parts which are included in a service. I came in all jolly so they probably saw me as a fool. Their attitude was disgusting I had to have the police involved, I have never seen people fight for money that wasn't theirs like this. THEY WILL LITERALLY FIGHT AND SWEAR AT YOU FOR MONEY. TRULY THE LOWEST OF THE LOW, THAT HAD NO RIGHT OWNING A BUSINESS IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE MOTOR OMBUDSMAN WAS RIGHT ABOUT THEM. The owner gave me a discount but is £530 for a full service on a 1.0ltr car driven like 1000 miles since The last mot ok? getting a discount on a scam is not ok. DONT COME HERE LEARN FROM EVERYONES MISTAKE. They have no business for a reason AND ARE RATED THE LOWEST GARAGE IN THE AREA FOR A REASON . so they swindle people who are naive to fall into this place. Classic shameless scammers. Check the invoices. Attachment 1 & 2 --How they scam customers, they will add additional costs and do work without your permission. Attachment 3 -- Proof they are closing down and being demolished. Attachment 4-- Proof from the motor ombudsman showing how they will say absolutely anything. Their case was thrown out. You should of seen the lies on their case. Attachment 5 --showing proof of payment.

I have attached an additional picture showing me trying to pay at the garage what i owed, (attachment 5) I also never asked for additional work my case was upheld by the motor ombudsman. ......................................................................... I have reuploaded for you to see. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE GRABBING WHAT THEY CAN FROM PEOPLE BEFORE THEY GO, READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE TELLING YOU THE TRUTH. Why would you come to lowest rated garage in the area, when there are like a dozen nearby? I didn't listen to everyone now look what happened. They lie about everything nothing will stick to them. For that reason I have re attached proof for you to see for yourself. Guys it's a family run business , so there is no line of management they will scam you and collectively gang up on you. You hand your keys over and that's it you are not getting your car back until you pay the scam money, it's theirs now. They are all in it together, they are the lowest of the low you can imagine No exaggeration.    Booked an MOT via the AA site. Super easy, 45 mins in and out. Passed, no additional charges. Their communication style is direct but it’s not a VIP lounge so what do people expect.

   Shocking service, the man who collected and dropped off our car was very rude. They failed to tell us about a nail in our tyre. They said the service book wasn’t in the folder and it was. I see the owner has written underneath that the service record was not in the car. Basically calling us liars. He told my husband on the phone that only thing in the document wallet was the “warranty record”. The document is called the warranty and maintenance record and is where services are recorded. He is insisting that we should take the record book back rather than them come to collect it even though it was 100% their mistake. Totally appalling customer service. We won’t ever go back to them.

   AVOID at all costs! Incompetent! After 4.5 hours wait they said my car didn't pass the MOT because the back part of my mirror cover is missing "and it is likely to cause injury when grazed or contacted" LOL - see pictures, I literally rubbed my arm on it in front of them to find out how exactly I can injure myself with this... Still haven't found the answer! If you have any ideas please do not hesitate to comment below ;) UPDATE: DVLA paid them a visit and revoked the outcome and I got a refund from the AA.

   I booked my mot by AAsmartcare to this garage, I was scammed by Grove motoring I was told to wait outside in the rain for over an hour, when I asked them can I wait in the waiting area they told me to have coffee somewhere and that they will call me when done. I received a failed MOT and then I was told to pay £15 cash for a light line fix. Nothing was wrong with the car and after another 1 hour waiting the staff opened and closed my bonnet without touching the light they took £15 cash and told me they don’t accept card and that I should not inform the AA of this transaction. I am alarmed and distressed with this experience and they shouldn’t be approved by AA. I trust AA to go to this Garage and they took the advantage of me as an AA client, they scammed me off money. It makes sense that they asked me to wait outside. Many reviews show the scamming this company has done, I am thinking of reporting them to trading standards.

   Used for an MOT via the AA service. Car was looked at quickly and the price of the repairs were very reasonable. Furthmore they provide a lot of the MOT test data print outs that other garages tend to keep to themselves.
