   Never use this garrage again, I do not recomand to anyone, I have a Mitsubishi L200 that required a new power steering pump, I have suplied a genuine pump, power steering fluid a tensioner roller and new belts, I have been charged £340 cash, the tensioner has not been fitted and not returned, the fluid has not been replaced just top up, the belt has not been fitted properly, bolts securing the pump left loose,the wind screen liquid tank broken of. I have taken the car to another garrage to fixit and they show me all the mistakes, soo please do not use this place.

   Top service from Pro Tech after a burst tyre late on a Saturday night. Ronnie is a top mechanic, Jonny in the office is very efficient and kind, Mayan helped me out even though it was very late. I have had services, repairs, tyres, etc done here on our cars (BMW 2 series and Fiat 500) and would highly recommend these guys. Very trustworthy and reliable. Fast and helpful. 5 stars from me.

   Decent garage, slightly overpriced however beggars can’t be choosers in my case. Found a cigarette butt chilling in my childs car seat and got given the keys back without the lid at the top- it was the recovery guys fault apparently and that’s how they got the keys. Ronnies got a little bit of attitude, it’s off putting. Couldnt wait to get out of the garage. Got to the car and it instantly reeked of cigarettes, things were taken out and dumped on the car seat for me to put back as 2500£ wasn’t enough to return the car how it was received by the garage. Left it Dirty on the inside and outside. 980£ for dpf is very very steep, ronnie told me it was “super blocked” that’s why the cost of it. It shouldn’t matter how blocked it is, there should be one price for the cost of dpf. Anyways my fault. My baby will enjoy the cigarette thanks.

   My car had a faulty gearbox when I took it for inspection at ProTech. Mayan and his team assessed the situation patiently and gave me prudent feedback to get rid of the car rather than spending more money on it. They also provided me a free assessment of the used car I purchased so that it does not encounter similar issues again. They did not charge me for these consultations and I think the least I could do to appreciate this gesture is to leave an honest review to acknowledge their patience. I am sure they will see more of me to make use of their services to upkeep my car in the future.
