   NOT A VERY HONEST GARAGE. I took my car in for an MOT test today, which I was told would cost £45 by the garage. During the inspection, I was informed that my "Change Engine Oil" light had just come on, and this might indicate higher emissions that could cause the car to fail the MOT. I told them it only just came on today and this will not impact the emissions. They suggested using an engine cleaner, but I declined, as I believed the car would be fine due to its age and regular servicing. However, they persisted in pushing for the engine cleaner. They also said my headlight beam was too low and needed adjustment. I watched them work and noticed they were just pretending to adjust the lights. At that point, I realised they were trying to charge extra fees unnecessarily. In the end, I was charged an additional £25 for the engine cleaner and was nearly charged £15 for adjusting the lights. When I questioned the charges, the price was lowered to £10. When I asked what they used to clean the engine, they couldn't tell me, and I never saw them add anything to the car. The MOT ended up costing me £80 because of these extra charges. This was my first time using this garage, and I don't plan on going back. Message to the garage: If you would like to discuss my concerns, please reply to this review, I would happily come back for a chat. I also asked for a receipt, which they said they’ll email to me, but I'm still waiting."

   This mechanic is fantastic. If you need to service your car, this is the place to come. I had all sorts of problems with my car. He fixed my immobiliser issue, ignition key and my instrument cluster. Highly recommended, he done a great job on my ford focus mk2. Very busy mechanic

   I have been going to the same garage for more than 9 years now and have always find their customer service amazing. They will give you a fair assessment of any issues that your vehicle have and there prices are always very reasonable. The best is that you can trust them that your vehicle is in good hands and will be taken care of. I will give them a big thumbs up.

   I stopped on the road yesterday because my handbreak stucked. RAC came and they said it will be the rate left caliper . They took me here with a trailer and they told me it will be ready the car today between 11am and 12pm but of course it wasn’t ready! Anyway. I went to take the car and I realised a steering wheel light is on on the dashboard. I went back and the guy said he realised as well and it could be the sensor and he can fix it. Now the problem is I doesn’t had any problem with a steering wheel before they touch it and I don’t even know what they can do because they change the rare caliper!!! I paid £283 and they made my car worst! I will never go to this service anymore and I will never recommend. Go far from them because they just make your car worst to get more money from you!!! Worst service ever!!!!

   Many years ago I walked into this garage and said to the owner 'Are you going to rip me off because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars?' He gave me a wry smile and has never ripped me off once. I love this garage because I feel safe in the knowledge that they will always look after me and my car. Very honest ! So glad that they have been in business for such a long time now - which proves my point.

   Good mechanics. Fix the car in the same day most of the time. Only problem is their communication. They kind of leave you guessing what the issue is with the car and then tell you the price at the end. It sounds worse than what it is but they need to communicate better. Also have cash incase their card machine is down. Was almost caught out by that once. Regardless of what I said the car always gets fixed correctly and in good time. I would recommend to others

   Mr Motor How can I describe my Mr Motor experience? Just a few words... Lies and lies and lies again. I've been to this garage quite a few times over the years, so I trusted them in a certain way. A few weeks ago a took my car there and I specified three times that I need a part to be changed. When I returned to collect my car I was lied straight in to my face that the part did not need replacement , so they decided to clean it instead. After a few minutes I discovered that they didn't even bother to check the part. "Miss understanding" they said. More lies. Totally ruined my day ! Definitely won't be coming back! They lost a customer! Do they care? I don't thinkh so... I'm writing this review just to protect others from ruining their days! Please check everything before u leave the garage...
