I booked this on behalf of my wife who was working at Redbridge PDSA on Christmas day.Her lovely driver Gholam Khan picked her up promptly in his beautiful car at 6pm and she arrived for Christmas dinner at Stepney 20 minutes later. Outstanding service. Thank you.
First time using Goldline Cars and definitely won't be my last. The driver was punctual (slightly early) and offered to load all my Christmas parcels and case into the boot, very courteous, no fuss. Easy to pay online in advance due to payment link being sent in advance. Text message with vehicle reg and ETA sent too. Just no stress and so much better than an U**r! 100% reccomend!
Called from outside Chadwell Heath station. The phone was answered straight away and the booking made easily. The cab came within 20 minutes of the booking. The driver was very helpful, putting my case and crutches in the boot. Once he got to my home he got my things out of the boot. He was extremely helpful and polite. Thanks for your service.
I used Goldline Cab Service twice today. Both times the service was very efficient. Prompt and reliable, as always. I have been using Goldline for many years for the reasons mentioned above. By way of constructive criticism …… I always like to give the driver a tip, but this morning I did not tip the driver because he was talking on his mobile (Hands free) throughout the entire journey, which I consider to be quite rude. I did explain this to the driver (politely and respectfully)….. I told him he was not getting a tip for this reason. I told him I think it is Rude to isolate the customer by being on the phone. My second driver of the day DID get a tip. He was pleasant, and as a result I was a happy passenger in his car. During the first journey (this morning) I almost felt like I had been kidnapped. As for your Company……. Faultless Service ! I never use any other company. It might be an idea to let your drivers know that some people feel as I do.
I highly recommend this cab service. Arrived sooner than expected (which suited me well on this occasion). The driver was polite and helpful. On top of all this the price was the most reasonable I was quoted by the 4 companies I called or checked in app.
The cab driver was really helpful and polite. He assisted my elderly mum by opening the car door for her. We have been using Goldline Cars for many years. The most reliable cab service in the area.
The driver was exactly on time, the journey was comfortable and on time, the price was good, the car was comfortable and clean. Called the day before and they gave me every detail. Very polite. Definitely I would get them again. I recommend that you always carry cash when you get taxis because sometimes when you call to book the office says "cash or card, whichever you prefer" and then when you reach your destination the driver says "sorry, cash only".... So lucky for me and my driver I had just exactly the right amount of cash left in my purse.
Car arrived much quicker than stated. Driver was friendly and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Smooth ride and arrived at the destination quickly. The price that I was given by the operator was the price asked for by the driver which is scarce theses days.Will use again.5*
