   I spoke with the team at DMG Auto Parts and was honestly so impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. They were super helpful over the phone, took the time to explain everything clearly, and offered very competitive prices. Even though I ended up not needing to bring my car in, their care and customer service really stood out. It’s rare to find a garage that’s this genuine and approachable — I’d definitely go back in the future and highly recommend them! UPDATE: After another garage was unable to resolve my car issue, I immediately returned to DMG Autocare for my MOT and repairs. I’m so glad I did! They were transparent, efficient, and the final cost was very reasonable. Dean’s professionalism and care truly stand out, and I’m definitely sticking with them moving forward! Thank you so much!

   Have used Dean and DMG before, most recently to replace the clutch on my driving school car. From initial contact when I had broken down, to picking the car up, his communication was great and very helpful. He also Showed me the faulty part and explained what had happened. As a driving instructor, I have used many different garages and mechanics, the service I received from Dean has been the best by far, friendly, trustworthy, great price, excellent communication and the work was completed quickly.    Exceptional Service at DMG Autocare I recently used DMG Autocare for my annual MOT, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, Dean (the owner of this family-run business) was polite, professional, and efficient. He booked my car in for the following Monday with zero fuss. The speed of the service was particularly impressive: I dropped the car off in the morning and received a call just a few hours later letting me know the MOT was complete. When I picked up the vehicle, Dean went above and beyond by noting a couple of minor advisory points and explaining them clearly.
