   Excellent service yesterday at Moss Grove Kinver. I rang for an appointment at 11.00, unsurprisingly there was nothing available at that time. I was advised to fill out an online request form which I did. A few minutes later I received a call offering me an appointment at 3.15. At about 1.15 I received another call asking if I would like to bring it forward to as soon as I could get there. Very impressed, thank you

   Booking was very easy 10 out of 10 new system means I'm lucky to get an appointment a month later. Its like they have no interest in patients who can't use the Internet

   So dissapointed in this surgery, last year i had what i thought a torn meniscus, filled in form, did not see or speak to a doctor just sent for xray, no follow up, i am now in agony as this has just got worse over the year, i filled another form in yet again no contact other than text sending me to physio, but not for 2 weeks, I am in so much pain, cant walk or sleep or drive. Tried calling was told no appointments for 4 weeks and calender not open after that, ring every morning, which is a total waste of time. Where have all the caring doctors gone ? AND I actually saw an advert on media saying they are taking on nhs patients, ITS A JOKE

   Very grateful to the First Contact Physiotherapy service and Moss Grove through which I was referred to see the excellent James Jackson. James was very kind and knowledgeable, and helped me to understand my back pain. On screen images showed me where the problem is. He provided me with some straightforward exercises and was very patient with my inarticulate questions. Huge thanks, Colin Darling

   I saw a lovely urgent care practitioner yesterday at Kinver surgery. She made me feel so at ease and had a lovely manner. With everyone so under pressure who work in the NHS well done to those, like the young lady I saw, who manage to maintain that way of putting you at ease.

   My wife went to chase up my prescriptions for my cancer treatment ,after speaking to reception my wife left in tears after cross examining from receptionist why I needed these prescriptions.Disgusting , what right has receptionist to question my wife in public surrounds !!!!

   Absolutely a disgusting sevice at this Dr surgery my friend has been trying yo get an appointment to see the Dr he is not a person that goes often he has phoned emailed for over 1 month now and nothing not even a response to his emails. This is unacceptable. He will be making an official complaint.

   If you actually want help go somewhere else. Even Russells Hall hospital commented on how poor Moss Grove surgery is. There are one or Two good Drs but trying to get a face to face appointment is extremely difficult. They don't read your notes. They try anything else to actually not aee a patient and majority of the time you just get a print out of some information you could find on Google even if you were in hospital the previous day due to severe circumstances. Dr that was seen today even went as far as to belittle and shout. This review is for the surgery in Kinver. I can't speak for Kingswinford but I'd rather travel further to see a better Dr than go here and really really don't recommend. Especially for anyone with mental health problems or anxiety.

   As a recent registrant with Moss Grove surgery I can confirm that the current service is very good. Call wait times can be a little on the long side but the assistance on the other end has always been efficient and pleasant. I see Dr. Clare myself who is caring and attentive; she actually listens to you and your needs instead of the commonplace 'grandstanding' that many GP's do. The environment of the medical centre is a little drab, my one improvement I'd recommend is replacing the waiting room flooring, it looks like a dead fruit fly invasion!

   Appreciate everyone has different experiences but I can’t rate this surgery enough. With myself, and both my young children, they have always got me a same day appointment when urgent and followed up really promptly. Dr Clare is particularly good and has always gone the extra mile. They have good links with specialists and I have never seemed to wait long to get things resolved or escalated.
