   Hagley surgery are a disgrace. Two of my family members have, on separate occasions, presented localised infections and both have ended up in A&E due to Hagley surgery either acting improperly, or not acting sufficiently. One case involved an infant who was so poorly diagnosed by Hagley surgery they subsequently spent 3 nights in A&E with an IV in their hand to overcome what should have been a relatively straight forward infection. Hagley Surgery's strategy of 'wait it out' effectively allowed the infection to spread to the point where it became escalated to emergency level. The specialist at Worcester hospital was aghast that the GP had mishandled and trivialised something so basic. "Had it been properly treated THIS WAS ALL VERY AVOIDABLE AT GP LEVEL." Their exact words. Multiple oversights and failures by this surgery.

   I Highly recommend Hagley Surgery. I have just moved to this surgery and from the initial contact of joining to my first appointment today I highly recommend Hagley Surgery. The team I have spoken to on the phone have been friendly and professional, the establishment is very clean, they have high standards and very respectful. I visited Doctor Cox today and was listened to attentively and given excellent care. Doctor Cox is very professional and knowledgeable and it was a pleasant experience visiting the doctors. Hagley Surgery has lived up to its excellent reputation. I am so very impressed.

   I haven't been with this doctors surgery very long, recently switched from a Stourbridge doctor and the experience I have had here is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and informative the doctors and nurses have been amazing and they have time for you and are very thorough. Thank you so much! Definitely a 5 star service so far.

   I like to moan more than write postive comments but I have to say over the last 4 years Iiving here in Hagley, I cannot find fault with this Surgery. The doctors are always so pleasant, especially Dr.Ola. They actually listen and respond appropriatley. I do not experience much diffculty getting an appointment. Keep up the good work xxx

   In a time where there is so much negativity towards GP’s, this surgery completely stands ahead of the rest. Professionalism and care at the very heart of the service they provide. Credit where credit is due, Hagley Surgery should pride themselves in the efficiency and care they deliver. Judging by my close family experience of other practices, I am so grateful to Hagley Surgery staff.

   Exceptional surgery. They go above and beyond in my opinion and I do lean on them a lot. I moved into the area during cancer treatment, Anna Mcdonald is a gem and a breath of fresh air, a person that actually listens to you. They call me more than I call them. I do agree on the receptionist issue, very unprofessional - I sat waiting one day and the receptionist was leaving, telling everyone that came in why she was leaving slagging off everyone with a poor me attitude. Personally I don't care about the phone system or the receptionists - it's the GP behind everything that matters to me. The doctors and nurses are exceptional. I would like to add, every single person I have talked to about this surgery have said they have heard how good they are

   Moved to area and so surgery recently. Actually Drs and Nurses are very very good. As good as they get but the systems and support staff are poor. First impression they forgot/lost notes on seeing our IDs so had to come in again. 2nd claim aveno isn’t available on NHS but our old dr prescribed it again after that! Today I called to be told to go online to book an appointment (wife called yesterday) and they’ll text me to when it is and it’ll be within 2 days or I can book one on phone and wait for 2 weeks! What if I didn’t have online access? When I’m on the phone why am I being told to go online? Not the best service. I miss my old drs.

   Always efficient.... Very good service. Today I requested a back dated sick note, received it this afternoon. Couple of days ago I requested a repeat prescription, was sent to my nominated chemist the following day.
