Good afternoon customers of FIVEWAYS MOT CENTRE at New Eltham, Beware of the crooks mechanics of this garage. This is the second time they damaged my car and I paid the bill. Today, 22.09.25, the mechanic did repeat exactly what he did with another customer on the 06.01 25. The only difference is that I was monitoring the action of these crooks mechanics. My Mot passed with excellence but they burst my brake hose, exactly the same way as they did with customer of on 06.01.25, except that me I did not accept to leave my Jaguar for repairs, if not I will end up with the same high bill as a result of their malicious calculations, I did drive my Jaguar and my friend mechanic solve the problem. Beware of these crooks, the garage had a good reputation before not now. Be careful of these mechanic crooks. Thanks, I will contact the"Trust my garage" and will tarnish their reputation. Customers don't use this garage.
Used this garage after being recommended by a friend today to get my Mini fixed. Was fearing the worst but was put at ease by the mechanic when he listened to the noise coming from the engine. About 2 hours later phoned me all fixed and very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
Can’t thank you all enough for helping us. Our car was recovered to here and promptly diagnosed. It was a big job and we was kept updated throughout via phone, pictures and videos. Highly recommend!
Great customer services and very professional. These guys helped me out yesterday morning, after a quick call and I was told to pop in. They fixed the issue very quickly and were very helpful. One of the worst experience I ever had, it is not one my habits to leave a comment though - 4 times had to visit garage for no reason - Waited almost 3-4 weeks for no reason - No communication between staff members - High bill for Crank shaft replacement. 400 pounds - On top of everything , after allegedly repair , car has much more problems than before. Tachometer not working, Error message displays on the screen,engine struggling to start, traction light is on. - Guess what! i am taking it to another garage to cover all these issues by paying even more. - Never again, not recommended.

Thank you, Fiveways. I had a little issue with our car, and I popped in without an appointment early in the morning, and they took the engine in charge right away. I appreciated how caring they were; they even checked my oil level. The little plus I truly valued is even though I needed the car very quickly, they insisted on keeping it overnight to test it on the motorway in the morning to ensure that the vehicle was all perfect to go. That was a very professional and kind gesture, as they could have just let me go without double-checking on their end. They go the extra mile to deliver quality work, which is invaluable. Thank you all for being so professional and meticulous. Thank you to this charming gentleman (with the glasses) who looked after the car with a smile! I highly recommend them!
I can highly recommend this garage. Recently they actually rang me to say they had inadvertently overcharged me for my service and they paid me back immediately via a bank transfer. And when my car broke down at 4pm, the day before we were due to go on holiday, they did everything they could to diagnose the fault and repair it in time. And in the end the car was ready for collection by 5.30pm the same day! So impressed and so relieved and grateful we could go on holiday as planned.
Booked my car in for an MOT but on my arrival they were surprised to see me as their computer didn't show up my booking and there was no MOT mechanic to do it. (My neighbour told me of this garage) However, they didn't send me away but told me they'd do it. Under 2 hours later they called me to say it was ready. Great garage but I didn't know it was there as although it's on the bypass by the lights, you'd miss it as it hasn't got any signage to be seen. I went in 2 other places near it before being told where it was. I was grateful them doing my car though and will use them again now I know where it is.
