   I have used Birkbeck Autos in the past and found them really helpful, honest and fairly priced. This time I had what I thought was a gearbox problem due to an increasing "rattle" when accelerating. Kelly took my car for an hour and called me to say that the problem was coming from a broken secondary catalyst and was not an immediate problem. She would not accept any payment for her diagnosis and gave me a price for the repair. She therefore allayed my fears of major mechanical failure and gave me peace of mind.

   Birkbeck are fantastic. I would highly recommend them. Not only are they very competent mechanics, who are reliable and reasonably priced, their customer care is also excellent. The team went above and beyond to help us out after a main dealership had treated us poorly. The repair was a big one but Birkbeck fixed the car quickly, for a very competitive price, and couldn't have been more helpful. Don't hesitate to use them. Excellent company you can trust.

   This garage is the best in London, without a doubt, they always provide a top-tier service and are very honest. I took my car in, and they quoted me just under 500 to undertake a number of repairs. When they called me, they said it wasn't as bad as they first believed, and I ended up paying under 200. I cannot recommend them enough. Always very nice and polite with a fast turnaround time.

   Was advised to use this place from a friend. from the start the staff were brilliant and helped me as I'm a new driver and hadn't a clue! Wasn't taken advantage of in price. Will forever use this garage, friendly staff, decent prices and quality work done :) highly recommend.

   I cannot recommend this place enough. They're a family run business and the most honest guys I've ever known. Took my car for an Audi service a year back and they said all my brake pads and disks needed replacing imminently. I took my car into Birbeck Autos and asked for all to be swapped. Paul and his family said that none of them needed replacing and showed me all of the disks and pads and how they were fine. They are truly honest, great pricing and very trustworthy. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Please go here, I'd honestly advise going here before a main dealership, as they have the expertise and honesty, that you won't get from a main dealership. 10/10 for me 5*, love these guys. Highly recommend
