    Tried a few garages around Eltham area and had very bad experience and was recommended this one. From the first time I took my car in I felt reassured and trusted the garage. Staff were very polite especially the lady on reception and really helpful. Car is always completed in good time and have no complaints. If you’re looking for a local garage trust me I’ve tried 3 others and were awful so highly recommended you go with this one! Best I’ve been to!

    Very happy with the work done on my car. I had previously taken my car to a well known nation wide garage chain and they were unable to find the fault. ETC identified the problem and were able to repair it the same day. Will definitely use this garage again.

    I recently had my series 3 bmw tourer undergo a Gold Service. Since collecting the car it has not been driving smoothly and now an initial slight smoking from the exhaust on start-up has become increasingly smokey. We are only talking 450 miles now since the "Gold" service - that was one weeks driving for me before i retired. I contacted the garage and explained my concerns to which they invited me to return the car to them to take a look but only if I pay a further large sum of money. I feel it is unreasonable to ask me to pay a furtherΒ  Β£100 plus for an investigation on top of and so soon after paying for a "gold" service - which apparently includes both an inspection and a road test where this issue should have been picked up. What has happened to customer service? Paying for a Gold service certainly doesn't guarantee any form of customer service in return. I have supported this garage as a local business for decades, since Gordan himself was running it at the old garage off Footscray Road, entrusting them with the care and maintenance of our family cars. However, bearing in mind that they charged me more than BMW at Ruxley for the same level service - and indeed they overcharged me considerably initially too until I queried the costings on the invoice and received a refund for this overcharge in due course. And yet now they want to charge me even more before even establishing if the fault is related to or was missed during said service or is indeed something new that they would ultimately be paid to rectify. I did write to them to make them aware of my dissatisfaction but they they obviously do not feel i merit a response. Therefore sadly I am inclined to take my vehicles to another local garage from now on.

    Don’t touch this place, tried to rip sister in law off telling her she needs new ball joints on her car when she clearly doesn’t need them, she has had the whole front suspension replaced prior to the mot all brand new parts fitted by myself a commercial tech seems they like to rip women off when they go in alone and think they know nothing about cars even tried to get her to let him replace apparently. What was you gonna do wipe the suspension arm down and ball joint down with a baby wipe lol and pocket the money into your back pocket. Nice try Photo of job done prior to mot both front suspension components replaced! And you tried to rip a customer off

    Really happy with the stuff here . as most people do I forgot my mot due date!! and when I did remember I was shocked to find it was about to run out within 2 days !! I was able to book with this company on short notice. Without any issues . Also it was a family member's birthday so I needed my car back the same day. ( Adding pressure to the time frame ) Not only was I accidentally late dropping my car off I was also late for collection due to the cab getting lost. they where so helpful and understanding . I’m so happy with how they handled myself and car and was even more impressed to find it safely on the grounds and not on the main road where I left it. I will be back next year for my mot . What a fab place the lady at the desk is lovely . Thanks again guys

    Took my car in as a rear parking sensor was faulty. Main dealer wanted an extortionate price just to investigate the fault. Everything was repaired (without any extra expensive parts) for a great price. Very helpful friendly staff. For the work I had done and the service I received I would recommend them to my friends.
