   Updated review based on clarification received from the owner: Missed Appointment and Lack of Communication I had an appointment booked through FleetAssist for CHL Service Centre to collect and return my BMW iX1 on 17th November. I prepared the vehicle and waited, but no one arrived. When I called to check the status of the booking, I was informed that the appointment had been cancelled. I did not receive any prior notification of this change. During the call, I was advised to contact FleetAssist regarding an internal matter between the two companies. As a customer awaiting a scheduled collection, I found the lack of communication inconvenient. Based on this experience, I personally would not use this service again.

   Took my wifes car to CHL this morning. There was an annoying rattling noise coming from underneath. The man had it up on the ramps and discovered a loose bracket on the exhaust. He fixed the problem in a jiffy for no charge! Admittedly it didn’t take long but he was honest and showed me what the problem was and was very much entitled to charge a minimum fee for getting underneath it and fixing the issue. Very much appreciated! I would recommend this garage and will definitely return in the future.

   I contacted the staff at CHL garage over the phone due to a car related emergency. They could not have been more helpful or willing to do everything they could for me even though they were in the middle of an extremely busy day themselves and had never met me before. They also put me in contact with a service which could assist in towing my car to them if required who ended up being extremely reliable and useful himself. Ultimately my issue was resolved before needing to go to CHL but I will definitely be using them in the future for any car servicing as they have already proven to be extremely helpful and reliable.
