   I took my car to this garage for a timing chain fix, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. The owner kept my car for over a week, and I later found out he had even sent it to another garage behind my back without informing me. Despite paying £1,000, the work was nowhere near professional. When I got the car back, it immediately had multiple strange noises that were never there before. A reputable garage has since confirmed that the vehicle was not timed correctly, which explains the issues I was experiencing. I had also paid this garage to replace the water pump, yet the same reputable garage confirmed that the water pump was never replaced and confirmed to be making a screeching noise. When I returned to get the problems addressed, I was met with constant excuses like “we’re too busy today” or “come back another day.” The attitude from the staff and the owner was appalling—especially toward someone who had just spent over £1,000 on a job that was clearly not done properly. In the end, I had to go to another garage and pay again to have the timing chain and related components correctly fixed, because the work here made the situation worse rather than better. If you value your time, your money, and your car, avoid this garage at all costs. I truly wish I had never trusted them with my vehicle.

   Gujarati mechanics - top guys, not only did they do my engine oil change, they put my front bumper hanger back in place and since halfords gave me wrong oil filter, these guys saved the day and gave me another one. Very reasonably priced too. Will be my go to mechanics inshaAllah.

   TOKI AND THE TEAM ARE EASILY THE BEST IN THE BUISNESS ive been going for Years , and have told everyone i know about this team , EVERY REPAIR, MOTs And they even do extra little jobs like bulbs and screen wash & oil, coolant ect and point out if there's anything needs attention.....once I give my car in , I am 100% confident when driving away.... thanx as always Jeff Dean.

   Absolutely horrible experience. The customer service was non existent. Please avoid this garage at all costs, the staff are extremely unprofessional, especially the manager Tokhir who was dealing with my car. I will never use them again. I would not trust them to do any job. Took my car to them due to oil leak, after work carried out by them caused my engine to fail needed a new engine. They obviously didn’t accept any liability for it and we’re extremely rude and unhelpful.

   This garage has amazing friendly, honest and hard working staff. They really know what they are doing and have excellent customer service. The garage is run by honest individuals who have great experience in motor mechanics. I would highly recommend it for all your cars maintenance needs including service and MOTs.
