   They’re deliberately failing the MOT test just to make themselves look credible. If we question them, they never admit any fault. The staff’s behavior is also very poor.

   I had the misfortune of dealing with GB Garage, and I can confidently say it was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The staff displayed a horrible attitude, treating me with disdain rather than respect. They seemed more interested in taking advantage of customers than providing any real help.    Totally unreliable. Booked a week in advance for an oil valve replacement and after travelling to attend at my time, was asked to wait for about half an hour only to be told if i could come back 3 days later. Really sad with the level of service i got. 2 years ago service was reliable..

   I am extremely disappointed in their service. I went in a few months ago for a grill change, back sign change and grill change. When collecting the car not only where the callipers half way done even though I bought the paint myself, the back sign was broken with no replacement given, now months later I have also found that they put silicone in the front badge and completely ruined the front badge and grill. Another job, went in for brake pad change, again, provided them the brake pads, collected it with the stickers hanging off behind the calliper. If you are a girl you will get scammed. I have tried to reason with them to give me the money back I paid, they refused. I live 1 minute away, I explained how they should’ve called to ask if I’m okay to proceed after noticing the sign wouldn’t come off and the badge won’t go into the grill. The reception guy tried to say they did me a “favour” because the badge wouldn’t go in. I am lost for words, not only did they cause me money loss, stress but they now refuse to give me my money back that I paid for a butchered service. May I add that, when told that they could’ve called his answer was “ if we ended the job it would’ve been a waste of our time” like excuse me? I told him it wouldn’t have been an issue to pay for the labour and time, but don’t damage my property. Extremely upsetting when you go in for a service and come out with more loss than gain.

   I’ve always gone to Ajay and Paresh for all things cars for me and my mum. They’re trusted, reliable and reasonable and you get that peace of mind with them. I’ve always gone there for my MOTs etc and in the past other work like changing car light bulbs and diagnostics on my old bm. Would highly recommend.
