   I have used this garage a couple of times for an annual service & MOT after the previous garage my family had used left the area. I cannot rate this garage highly enough, good customer service when I booked both times, made an additional enquiry into my spark plugs as well to try & identify an issue (not major) with my car which they gave me honest feedback (it's not the spark plug). Recommended from me & a thank you for the works carried out.

   I had an MOT appointment booked for 9:00 AM and received a text confirmation of this booking. However, upon arrival, I found that the shop did not open until 10:00 AM. I was then informed that my booking was only “provisional,” which was not stated at any point during the booking process and for such a service does not require pre contract or pre booking or previsional . Such miscommunication resulted in a wasted journey and loss of time. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional — I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

   Best garage in the whole of east london i dont know how Omar the main guy does it. handles everything like a machine from driving cars phone calls talking to customers ordering parts he is very carm an collective the way a successful owner would be. He has helped me with all my friend and family car from getting them mot an getting them repaired after any issue or problems I have had always a perfessional job an the staff are always friendly with me. even when I tried to fix something myself on my car an had a problem Omar has just helped as of being a real genuine person which he didnt have to its motivation everytime i visit this place even when the staff are really busy the go that extra mile an help a customer as this is cause there real decent people not like a lot of places i visit which jus take my money stright away. keep it up HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

   I went there few months ago to fix my car. They told me leave it there amf collect later. I did amd paid. Today I discoverd the part they supposed to repair still in same condition, they even did not touched. Wanted to go there, but as an Asian I know if you have been scammed once, the guilty party will never admit. Anyway I would suggest everyone stay away from them if you ha e little knowledge on car like me. These people are complete scam.

   Called in and spoke to one of the guys who was very informative and helpful regarding my car. They carried out a full safety inspection and called me to let me know that I need replacement tyres on the front as well as brake pads. The guys topped up the windscreen wash and coolent as. Would highly recommend them exceptional service provided 10/10 from me.

   Very bad garage in Manor Park. Please stay away. I took my car in for MOT and they were incredibly disrespectful towards my parents verbally especially the young man at the front. They added extra problems to the MOT which were never added before, they just wanted to scam us for more money. After they changed the shock absorber on the nearside, I could immediately hear squealing and whining sounds from my car which is a completely new problem. They refused that the problem was caused by them and tried to tell me that I maybe could have always had this problem just never realised, which is ridiculous. Ever since I got my MOT done, I have witnessed the worst customer service from the front desk and Mr Umar has apologised for this but then he also proceeded to mention that the issue wasn't from his mechanics when it came up right after I received my car back. He didn't even bother checking the problem he just wanted me to raise it as a new issue so I pay more money. Don't recommend it at all.

   Overwhelmingly excellent service from London Motor Centre from start to finish. I booked online for an MOT, it was my first time with them. The best online booking experience I have anywhere to be honest, super quick and easy. It said to pay once work is done. It was short notice booking, within two days time. I was a bit unsure if the online system worked as all days including following day was shown as available. I planned to call them the next day but I received a call from them first. A nice guy, confirmed the appointment time (which is not specified in the initial booking - only your desired AM/PM). I arrived at my allocated time and did not have to wait at all and was greeted by the person on the phone. A friendly technician took the keys from my car and started the inspections. There is a waiting area in the small office to keep you warm (pictured). The telephones and online systems are constantly manned so they pick up straight away and deal with your booking quickly. Was my first time. Very well managed garage and definitely coming back in the future. Absolutely flawless service from London Motor Center. A+++++++++, Highly Recommended.
