   Terrible service. Heard the guy on the phone shouting at a customer, and calling her a "silly c##t" after refusing to tell her his name. And his breath stunk. Won't be going back.

   I’d give 0 if I could. Passed an MOT that should have failed. Shouted at me down the phone and told me it’s not my decision to decide if my car has been deemed NOT road worthy - when advised by a different garage who actually knows what they’re doing. Asked for name & got defensive. Put the phone down on me. Very threatening & RUDE.
