Absolutely horrendous service Staff who are supposed to be taking down notes failing to report serious safeguarding issues, emails never responded to, reports having to be chased up, the list goes on Would most definitely NOT recommend this service

I had to see my son through DMR for the last couple years. It’s horrible for any parent to have to go through the process but Sharron/Kerry and the ladies at DMR have been brilliant from day one. Very understanding and helpful with any issues I have faced. It’s a very very hard job they do and they deserve the upmost thanks and respect for it. All I can say is Thankyou for what you’ve done and all the help and advice along the way.

Having had to use DMR services I can only compliment their staff on their professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations. Having to use a contact service the criteria is only to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and DMR are successful in all areas. Professionalism was upheld at all times and paperwork was thorough and detailed as required.

This company is not good. It starts from the head, Sharon Austin; that's why they're unprofessional. They have people in high positions who lead this way, hence the rampant unprofessionalism in this company. I had a terrible experience with them and I want everyone to know, especially if you're of a specific ethnicity, please steer clear of this company. She was the manager of Sutton Coldfield, now she's a coordinator. She wrote a report stating my daughter was close to the road. However, the bus stop was close to the road, but we were waiting for our bus. Her report was for a court case and that could have easily affected my daughter and me if I wasn't an intelligent person able to give an account for the situation. They also stated in the report I was not giving eye contact but if you are standing near the road with a child as they stated your focus is on the child I was baffle by the report

We paid these guys £50 in mid December. They ignored all calls and emails until mid January. They finally booked us in for an assessment after initially saying they have no record of the payment. We had to give them a bank statement before they admitted they've been paid. Then they didn't phone on the assessment day or time. Instead, they called the wrong number and then later pretended to have phoned us when they hadn't. Absolutely useless, heartless, incompetent people. No wonder the suicide rates among men are so high. They took their fifty pounds and didn't help us at all to access the children. Absolutely cruel, heartless and useless organisation. They love and support women, but are men haters to the core. Avoid like the plague if you are male.

Good service to help get contact back with me kids would of been 5 status but getting the reviews back is far to long to wait

When I have called DMR Services they have been very helpful. The staff have assisted me when needed. Fantastic service. Positive relationship between absent parent and child has been encouraged and supported by DMR Services.

Hi, I want to compliment Diane and Tarlin for amazing work. I may have got Tarlin’s name wrong, but I mean the staff that supervised our child’s contact on19/08/22 16:50 to 17:30pm ( Birmingham) Tarlin and Diane are amazing and very professional. They made us very welcome and comfortable. We didn’t realise we were waiting 15 minutes after. And they did their job deligently. Thank you (Diane and Tarlin) for making us feel welcome even during these hard times. At the same time, I wish to raise concerns about Zane (she supervised contact on 16/08/22) 16:30-17:30pm This person was so abrupt and this is not the first time! She needs to learn how to conduct herself especially in the presence of the kids. We were very disappointed!

We have experienced the services of DMR services for the past 2 years and would whole heartly recommended this service and the work they do to bring together an amicable solution to parents that find difficulty in reaching common ground regarding a child. We have moved from a total non contact to a completely successful outcome with the excellent support of this service especially Sharon who remained our continued support contact and excellent mediator throughout . Our family continue to make positive progress and our grandaughter is regularly in our son’s and our lives on a regular weekly basis and is very happy and content. Thank you Sharon for all ur hard work and ur teams support throughout in order to allow us a successful outcome. Diane Pearson (happy Grandma) and a very happy Dad Adam Pearson
