Review for Olive's Mental Health writing Workshop I recently had the pleasure of attending a writing workshop led by Olive, and I can confidently say that she is truly exceptional! Initially, I was nervous about the session, especially when it turned out to be just the two of us. However, Olive turned what could have been an awkward situation into a transformative experience for me. From the moment we began, her warmth and genuine compassion made me feel completely at ease. I was able to openly share some personal challenges I've been facing, and Olive’s impeccable listening skills made all the difference. She created a safe and judgment-free space for me to express my thoughts and emotions. Since that day, I have experienced a notable shift in my overall well-being. I feel so much happier and more peaceful, and my sleep patterns have greatly improved. What impressed me most was Olive's ability to validate my feelings while also encouraging me to dig deeper into my own mental health journey. She provided valuable insights that helped me understand myself better. I left the workshop not only feeling heard but also equipped with new tools and strategies for navigating my mental health. I was initially concerned about not completing the workshop as intended, but Olive reassured me with her gentle demeanor. She encouraged me to return whenever I needed assistance or simply someone to talk to. Her belief that "everything happens for a reason" truly resonated with me and alleviated any guilt I felt about the situation. In a world where finding the right mental health support can be challenging, Pause stands out as a beacon of hope and guidance. I wholeheartedly recommend attending Olive’s writing workshop to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled mental health professional. Whether you’re looking for a workshop experience or personal support, Olive is the best! Thank you, Olive, for your incredible support and for helping me embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing.

These people were horrible, I call them and every single time they delay, they don't even give proper advice that helps, I don't know why the doctor recommended me these lazy, sleazy people, they're not good therapy

Very calming and welcoming facility. Helpful and friendly staff with a wide range of activities for young people to express themselves. Lots of workshops available such as art workshops, song writing, self image etc.

If your 25 they turn you away even though it says 0-25. You have to be under 25 for this service! Better advertising is required!

A very welcomming atmosphere. Very thoughtful people who made myself and family feel very much at ease. I would like alot more workshops for 10-11 year olds though...especially for emotions..anxiety...depression and anger.
