Such a terrible garage been here twice now and each time have been overly changed definitely learnt my lesson not to go back their, went to a second garage in chigwell and the garage fixed my car for half the price they were changing total rip offs they are.
Same with me, I go to them with an oil smell and smoke in the car, they took my money (a lot of money) saying they solved it for me and the problem persists.. I went the second time, they said again that they solved it and today I have the same problem again, I call them on the phone and they don't answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only solution is to sue them, that's what the people at the FORD representative advised me.
Great service and price ranges are very affordable, was met with great employees that offered me great advice, will definitely come back again.Really recommend too everyone needed car services or MOT’s done
Had an issue recently with my car, came to the garage and got it all fixed straight away. Wonderful experience with kind and very helpful customer service. I would definitely recommend!
They had my classic c220 cdi 2000 saloon towed as it wouldn’t start. They kept it for 6 months, took covers off and had it recovered back to me and it appears they took my auto gear box and replaced it with a bad one… car was far worse then when they took it…£150 for nothing & minus a gear box… beware, they write comments about them self…. Nasty lot.. best keep away from them !!!!
Scammers!!! Worst garage ever Avoid! Wouldn't even give 1 star if I could leave review with out. Total rip off company with bunch of scammers & crooks. I should have followed my instinct the second I stepped foot in this garage after hearing so many bad reviews regarding this garage, however I had to get my MOT done as its nearing the deadline and its close to my house. Appalling company. A bunch of con artists and cow boys!!! Stay clear. All the good reviews you see are made up by them and their staff. I went there for MOT and they purposefully charged me around 600 pounds by claiming various issues that didn't exist and charged me. If you want to save your hard earned money from these thieves, then do yourself a favour and stay away from these muggers. I'm actually lodging a complaint against them now as I have all the proofs that they have scammed me from my hard earned money!!! Stay away folks!!!
I gave them my car to repair for fixing water drain pipe, while repairing they broke my whiper water tube and I asked them to fix it, they told me to come on another day. I went today and asked them to fix it, it just need a small fixing which they can finish in just 2min with a small seal tape. They asked me to pay £40 which was done by their fault. I was very upset by his words, he spoke very commercial, Not a decent place. Very commercial.
M O T - in my car they found a little worn and dirt dust cover of the front suspension arms. It does not affect anything, nothing knocks or rattles. Mot got banned. Proposed to repair there but price for fix is too much. Not best place for MOT.
Great service, car had a few issues, everything was sorted very quickly and at a decent price.
Absolutely rubbish. They have killed my engine. The forgot to screw 2 bolts at the engine gasket and I was loosing oil. They misplaced 2 diesel pipes as well and on top of that they use rubbish aftermarket parts. I've already lost too much money with this garage. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND WALLET.
