    Extremely Poor Service, Zero Accountability, and Car Returned in Worse Condition. I booked my car in for a full service here on 31 October 2025, and I honestly wish I hadn’t. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a stressful, disappointing and frankly shocking experience. Here’s exactly what happened: • During the service, I received a call from Tim saying my rear tyre needed replacing. I agreed. • A few hours later, I collected my car and literally seconds after driving off, the tyre pressure warning light came on for the rear tyre they had just worked on. • On top of that, I could immediately hear a strange noise that was not present before the service. I called the garage straight away. I was told the noise was “probably plastic from the new tyre”… diagnosed over the phone, without even looking at the car. When I voiced my concerns, I was hung up on. When I got home, I checked the car myself because none of this made sense. To my shock, the entire undertray (the bottom cover of the car) was hanging off. I’ve attached photos here. This damage was absolutely not there before I handed the car in. I contacted the garage again, sent photos and a voice note, and they eventually sent someone (Shane) to my home to fix it. While reattaching the undertray, he tried to blame the damage on me and claimed it “was already like that”. It was not and I have the photos to prove it. He then said the middle part underneath was damaged but “already there”. Again, completely untrue. They did not take any accountability for returning my car in this condition. Despite paying £358 for a full service and tyre replacement, I left with: • A loose undertray • A tyre pressure warning light • A new noise that didn’t exist before • Rudeness over the phone and zero care • Blame being shifted onto me instead of owning up to their mistakes I messaged Manoj again recently (3 December) because the tyre warning light continues to come back, an issue that only started after the service. His solution was simply to tell me to “ring the garage and book it back in”, after all the problems they’ve already caused. I wouldn’t trust my car to be in their garage. After everything I’ve experienced, I will never return to this garage again. If you care about your car, your safety, and your money, avoid this place. They returned my car in worse condition than I left it, dismissed every concern, failed to take responsibility, and caused ongoing issues that I am still dealing with. Photos attached for transparency: • Undertray hanging off immediately after collection • Tyre pressure warning light right after leaving the garage • Photo of the “repair” done outside my home • Evidence showing the condition the car was returned in I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through it.

    This morning, our car suddenly made a grinding sound from the front drivers’ wheel. We contacted several local garages and they said they could only check our car within two weeks or even three weeks. I called this garage. The young guy there said that although they were really busy, they would be happy to have a look at our car to see what’s the problem. We drove our car there within 10 minutes. The young guy there skillfully raised the car, turned the wheels several times and found a tiny stone in the wheel. It took him just five minutes. We were so grateful and we offered to pay, but were told it is free of charge. Their helpfulness and level of professionalism is second to none. We’re looking forward to having more of their services in the future.

    Absolutely horrible place, DON'T GET REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM THIS GARAGE. The car I havery got a replacement starter motor from this place and it's faulty, I ask them to replace it as it was under a years warranty and they tell me that they don't have to do anything because " they don't count the warranty when the car changes owners" They are a bunch of rip offs, TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE YOU KNOW WILL FIX THE PROBLEM WITH NO EXCUSES OR FOLLOWING PROBLEMS.
