Recently her car needed further work, it had a full health check, all the problems were resolved without any fuss or bother. The team kept her updated with solid, helpful advice.    After being massively misquoted by Halfords auto centre I reached out to them for advice on my MOT repairs. Kindly, they carried out their own investigation and proved to me that the previous MOT was massively inaccurate. Kelly the receptionist spoke to both my dad and myself with such a friendly attitude putting us both at an instant ease. Not only did they fix my car within the same day, they went above and beyond with customer service both via the phone and in person. Being quoted over £700 by Halfords, these guys proved them wrong dropped that cost down to just over £200. Being a recent university graduate this was a massive weight off my back, knowing I’m not being ripped off especially when money is tight. Couldn’t recommend them more. A massive thank you and I’ll be back here for sure!

   More brilliant service!! Thank you Sidcup Autos. Been coming for many years for MOTs and services and the customer service is always fantastic!! Today, I called to see if someone could help me with a dropped set of keys that disappeared under the carpet on the floor of my car - my expectations were low and it was my own fault :( Then up steps Ez and team and hey presto! Within 5 minutes had retrieved my keys from under the carpet (between the driver's seat and centre console) - wow - thanks again guys! :)

   Worryingly my car went in to limp-home mode on the A2 a couple of weeks ago. Unbelievably my main dealer was unable to run a diagnostic check for three weeks. Sidcup Auto ran the check within two days, road tested the car and reset the EMS warning light. Since then, they have carried out it’s MOT and service. Needless to say I will not be using the main dealer again. A big thank you to Ezra, Carol and Alfie for your friendly, efficient service. By the way, you will now be getting my wife and daughter’s custom as well as mine. I will certainly be recommending you. Thank you again.

   I would like to thank ez, Alfie and kelly specifically for their customer service and being so lovely to me over the past few weeks I’ve had on going issues with my car. You can tell this garage is family run and genuinely cares for their customers which is rare to find in a garage especially being a young girl. I will definitely be coming to this garage for all MOT / service and general repairs and will be recommending to anyone looking for a garage in the area.    It is a very rare occurrence for me to leave feedback and when I do I regret to say, it's usually bad. However credit where credit is due and I have to say that Ezra runs a very tight ship, is honest and does an excellent job for a very good price. I would highly recommend Sidcup auto repairs for any work that you might need on your car. I had my front roll bars replaced, a full-service including radiator flush and refill and MOT. Highly recommended, first-class service and well done (in one day), you're the man Ez, 10 out of 10. Mike B
