Fairly easy to find, with it being located next to the Lexus dealership. Friendly staff and a good amount of space to sit and wait in the reception area whilst you're waiting to be seen, with the receptionist offering a beverage whilst you wait.

Generally good experience. When I received a message telling me there was a video of my safety check I was pleased but on playing it the video wasn't there. I have messaged them twice but get no reply. The service was good and speedy, the workshops incredibly clean and the staff member who dealt with me (Kim Nguyen, I think) was friendly, thorough and efficient.
On this occasion very disappointing. Having arranged an appointment the person I was suppose to see wasn't even working on the day of the appointment!! Considering the requirement to stay home if possible I feel Toyota should have informed anyone scheduled to see people that don't work on the day of their appointment!
