   I entrusted my Galaxy Black Toyota RAV4 GR Sport PHEV to Marvin at WOW Factors for a full Gtechniq treatment, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. Before applying the coatings, they carefully polished out a couple of deep etched bird-dropping marks in the paintwork—flaws I thought I’d have to live with. Thanks to their skill, the Galaxy Black finish is now flawless, with CSU Black + EXOv5 giving it a gloss and depth far beyond showroom condition. The alloys, protected with C5 Wheel Armour, stay cleaner for longer, while G5 ensures rain simply glides off the glass. Inside, the L1 Leather Guard, L1 Fabric Guard, and C6 Matt Dash provide discreet but powerful protection that preserves the interior’s luxury feel without altering its natural finish. The work was carried out with meticulous care and real craftsmanship—every inch of the vehicle was treated as though it were their own.    My car was proper messed up by sand and rain. Little white marks everywhere. The dealership didn't help me get it resolved and instead recommended me WOW Factors. I spoke to Marv, these guys were busy so booked me in a month and half later (always a good sign when companies like this are busy) Marv looked after my car, removed the dodgy coat of diamondbrite and another coat of ceramic. Polished it all to remove all the white marks, even sorted the scratch on bumper. He then applied the good stuff and car looks brand new. What a job. I highly recommend their service. Thanks Marv!

   I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and was looking for the paintwork to be treated to a machine polish and ceramic wax. I managed to book the car in with Marvin at Wow Factors. There were a few scratches and swirl marks but after Marvin had worked his magic the paintwork looked as good as new. The work he did was of the highest quality and the car looks amazing. I was so impressed with the results of Marvin’s work and would highly recommend him to anybody that would like their car detailed. Marvin also arranged for my alloys to be refurbished at the same time! Marvin is also a top bloke!

   Had my new car detailed and ceramic coated by Wow Factors recently and very pleased with the results. I was on the fence about the whole idea of ceramic coating, but I am do glad I went for it - I've had people commenting on how smart the car looks after the detailing and coating. The results have been noticeably better compared to some of my mates' cars, so I can only assume it is the detailer that made the difference as opposed to the product itself. Marvin is a true car enthusiast and that clearly reflects in his attention to detail. Will certainly be using him again for my next car. Given the positive experience I even went ahead and booked regular valeting of the car, and can happily affirm that the valeting team does an equally meticulous job as Marvin.

   What can I say!! I had my car detailed and Gtechniq crystal serum ultra ceramic coated by Marvin at Wow Factors car detailing. I have to say I was so impressed with Marvin's knowledge and professionalism, he was always happy to talk/answer messages before i turned up, when i arrived i knew i had made the right choice . Having the progress pictures was a very nice touch. I was blown away at just how amazing my car looked when I collected her. Marvin then spent time to go through the products I needed to keep her in such good condition. I cannot recommend Marvin at Wow factors car detailing enough and have recommended them to all my friends who like me are petrol heads.

   I have never had a car ceramic coated before and was a bit sceptical as to how much better it is than the typical branded dealer applied paint protection system especially on a car only a few months old. Well, the difference is monumental! My car has a depth of shine I never could have imagined, the metallic base absolutely glistens and there is not the tiniest "swirl" mark anywhere! Dealing with Wow Factors was an absolute pleasure from start to finish - Marvin met me out of hours to drop off the car and even gave me a lift home. He guided me through the whole process, kept me up to date with progress with photos. My car came back fully valeted and looking better than it did brand new. I thoroughly recommend Wow Factors!

   I was a bit skeptical in getting the ceramic coating done, considering the expense. Marvin was excellent and patiently explained the benefits of the Gtechniq Serum Ultra and I got the exterior and the wheels detailing done. The car looks fabulous! Full credit to Marvin and wow Factors for a quality and professional job. Highly recommended!
