   In July 2025 took my Toyota Urbancruiser to Tech One for a full service and MoT. Since I've got my car back it's like a new car and even more lovely to drive. In the past I've gone to Toyota main dealers but I recommend Tech One for servicing.

   Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere where they actually know how to fix Lexus. Derek Installed a faulty part and then tells he doesn't know how to fix this problem. I should go to the Lexus dealer. I have paid him almost 700 pounds for not fixing EGR vale. I still have a check engine light on. Not. Worth wasting your time and money. Avoid avoid avoid.

   I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Tech One, especially considering the overwhelmingly positive reviews I had read. I booked an appointment for my car repair but received an incorrect diagnostic report that cost me £96. In the end, I wasted £240 on the wrong part. Their priority seemed to be charging me for a five-minute diagnosis rather than focusing on repairing my vehicle, which completely wasted my day. This is completely unacceptable. When I called to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue, an unprofessional employee informed me that eBay only sells secondhand parts. This lack of assistance is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their service. Additionally, there was no response to my post from the proprietor, which indicates a lack of concern for customer feedback.

   Matt our mechanic recommended Tech one to me. I’m glad he did , as I took my son’s Cupra there last week for its annual MOT five star service from Derek, Katie and their mechanics. Fast efficient and friendly. Just returned today with my Audi and as expected the same friendly welcome when you enter the reception. Two hours later I received a text message informing me that my car was ready for collection. Great service thank you .

   Great service here as usual. I sometimes take for granted their capabilities with servicing our 2006 Lexus IS250 but they were remarkable at repairing an exhaust issue and knew to perform my MOT when I forgot to remember the date. Derek and team are both thorough and fair with a excellent knowledge of these Japanese models.

   I've used Tech One for many years and have always been delighted at the service I've received. Derek, Dave and Sam are not only brilliant technicians but exceptionally helpful too. Nothing is too much trouble, the work is always of very high quality and costs are kept to the minimum. Highly recommended.

   I took my Yaris to Tech One after my local garage had failed to fix a problem with the car misfiring. Derek soon identified the problem. My local garage had replaced all four injectors, but one of the replacement injectors they had installed turned out to be faulty. Derek explained the problem on the phone to me, replaced the rogue injector, and carried out an extended road test. I’ve now had the car back for two weeks, and everything is running smoothly. I was very impressed with Derek’s analytical approach, his attention to detail, and his professionalism. My only regret is that I didn’t turn the problem over to Tech One in the first place. Very highly recommended!
