   Customer service diabolical - Shame on you I also do understand the target that they must reach every month running up the cost on most vehicle that comes In this is part of Kwik Fit franchise , I know this as my son a manager In Formula One Autos - same principal - same process. Hit the target and get your Bonus! My Advise Get a Second opinion before letting Kwik Fit carry out any work you be surprised trust me ! I read the number plate over the phone on the booking, also they see me park the car in the bay as they took my key's, from me and read out the plate in the office as they booked it In again, But apparently no one In Kwik fit recognised the private plate spacing until after REALLY it shows you how Important customers are, Dump you car over there give me the keys see you in a hour surely knowing this was a failure but still this is great for business! most decent garage would really advised you before hand that the private plate need's to be replaced before works carried out to get the mot., So took my Disability Car for the M.O.T- Yes surprise It Failed! Only on the private number plate letter spacing Now they WON'T Release me My Car and i can;t drive it on the road and said it a legal number plate) I can't drive it Unless the Number plate was Changed or Replaced NOW I AM TRAPPED - THEY GOT ME - Part with your Money!!!! This PART OF KWIK FIT organisation Can I drive my vehicle if it fails its MOT? YES, if your car has failed its MOT, you can still drive it, providing no ‘dangerous’ faults were highlighted during the test and your previous MOT certificate is still in date. So you think this Kwik Fit would be slightly Courteous

   The man who looked after my van was very rude. While the van was in the garage and another man was changing the front tyres, another man came to me to inform me that the wheel alignment was not right and that he would charge me £76 for it. I paid for the front tyres to be changed and the wheel alignment to be checked. The man informed me about the wheel alignment before doing the check. He tried 3 times to convince me that he had to do it. I told him that I was not financially prepared for this extra cost and that I would ask him to check it first (which I had already paid for) and then prove to me that he was right. And if he was right, I would come back in the next few days. That man, after seeing that he could not convince me to pay the extra, behaved very rudely. When he took the van off the stand where the wheels were changed and put it on the stand to check the wheel alignment he drove the van very aggressively, and after checking the wheel alignment he took it off and left it in the parking lot without giving me any information about the check, while I waited in the parking lot. When I went to him to ask him about it, he avoided and ignored me. So I will definitely not go back there and I will recommend everyone I know to avoid that car service.

   I booked my car in for a service with Kwik fit as I was able to spread the cost of the work out over six months which is very convenient being a single mum. I was also under the illusion that kwik fit are a reputable brand that would not try and have me on! Shortly after dropping the car off I got called and quoted over £800 for work that needed doing on the car. What has really angered me is I was told there was a fault with electrics as there was a notification on my car for the headlights not working. I was told I would need an auto electrician and that would be on top of the £800. I at first believed this to be the case as I had previously had a warning light on saying a bulb was faulty but it wasn’t. It was only after a friend advised me to get a second opinion that I took it to a reputable garage who changed the bulbs and £20 later I was on my way. Absolutely disgusting behaviour kwik fit. See a young single mum who you know is clearly already struggling as I couldn’t afford to pay in one go and you have completely tried to rip me off!

   The team at Orpington Kwik Fit were so helpful and accommodating at short notice when I turned up with a splash shield that was barely hanging on. Although they were incredibly busy they still took the time to efficiently secure it in place to ensure the car was safe to drive and I'm so grateful to them. Will definitely be using this garage again, thank you!!

   Had a really good experience today! The manager/ kind fellow who served me was very helpful, efficient and kind. I know nothing about tyres and he was super patient and funny! Really good experience. They changed my tyre super quickly and the experience was very pleasant on a whole!

   I have been using Kwik Fit Orpington High street for some time and I had only good experiences. On this occasion I came for an MOT but also had a flat tyre. Bill, site manager, was very friendly and immediately helped. Truly great experience, makes the customer feel appreciated. Would surely return.

   The Service was as stated on the tin. The Staff were expecting we and said they would ring me when the MOT was completed. I received a confirmation that the MOT was completed and all was OK within the hour. On return I was greeted and paperwork passed to me immediately. Good Service
