   Had a DPF issue, worried I searched on YouTube to see if I could fix myself. Long story short...didnt work. Went to google to find a local specialist. Came across Saleem's details and the brother gave genuine advise that was actionable and even though he couldn't personally come I was able to source someone else and request the services I needed rather than what I could be sold. Saleem was accessible by phone or text and freely gave advice. I offered to pay for the expertise passed on but he kindly refused. Hence I am writing a genuine post about my experience with him. A DPF is a stressful thing to deal with and potentially very costly if you need to replace. Speak to this guy, persist and be patient and explain all your details and if he can he can offer expertise in this space. Wishing this brother nothing but success.

   I contacted Saleem after reading the positive reviews but was left very disappointed. I was given false hope and in the end he stopped responding altogether. I eventually went to an Audi specialist, who fixed the issue. Full Experience: I called Saleem on a Saturday morning around 9:05am. He didn’t answer, but I received a text asking me to reply by SMS. While I was composing a message, he called me back, which initially reassured me. I explained that after my insurer arranged for a black box installation, my car broke down the very next day—the ignition lights wouldn’t even come on. Despite replacing the battery on the AA’s advice, the problem persisted. Saleem suggested it might be an ignition fault and asked me to call back in a few hours as he was at East Grinstead. When I followed up around 1pm, he said he was in West Croydon and might be able to come later. He asked for my car registration and address, which I sent promptly as I was in South Croydon. However, when I called back around 3pm, his tone changed. He sounded irritated and remarked that while he was working, his family was at home having lunch without him. I reassured him that I wasn’t pressuring him, but after that, he stopped responding to my messages completely and never called back. In the end, I had to arrange a recovery on Tuesday to an Audi specialist in Crawley, who quickly diagnosed the real issue: an earth point in the engine wiring harness had not been secured properly. It had been clamped with debris and not tightened, causing a voltage drop across the ECU relay board. They fixed it correctly the same day. Overall, my experience with Saleem was disappointing. While I appreciate he may have been busy, the lack of professionalism and communication left me stranded. Thankfully, another specialist resolved the issue.

   DPF London helped me out , I bought a car for my partner and got home and the DPF light came on my jaguar. I contacted DPF London and he said these cars have this problem. He talked me through what the car needed and booked me in. He kept me up dated on the work what was going on / stayed late for me doing the car . Thank you so much for the help now my partner can enjoy her car

   Saleem is a legend! Incredibly knowledgeable and insightful, he talked me through exactly what was required to update my RR Sports software so I didn’t continually get the DPF error message when there isn’t actually a DPF issue! He showed me all the readings, including the pressure, and explained them all. Car is now running perfectly without the error messages and he’s saved me hundreds of £s, now that I don’t require regular DPF cleaning! He came out same day as well! Absolute hero! I would highly recommend him.

   I took my car in due to a problem i was having with my EGR Valve on my 2015 BMW 520d and it had been a problem for a while even though i put a new one in, it didnt register with my car and engine light was an for a long while, to took it to DPF London and before you know it, it was all sorted. I could believe it until i drove it. and what can i say...It is literally like a brand new car. I have fallen in love with my car all over again. Saleem was really nice and genuine guy, nice to deal with and you can tell he knows what his doing and what he is talking about. Thanks

   Saleem recently carried out some work on my 320d. Had issues with the DPF for nearly a year and car was on its last legs. After taking it to him, its now driving better then when I had first bought it! Absolutely first class service. He is very professional and the prices are very affordable. Even offered further advice on its maintenance with a follow up call. Its very refreshing to find people that genuinely cares about their customers.

   I was very happen with Saleem’s work. He was professional, efficient and very very nice person. He not only fixed our Car’s DPF problem but also gave lots of advices on how to look after our car. I spent over 1000 pound in Halford last year and the DPF only worked a for year, not even mention their rude attitude. I am so happy I found Saleem and used his service. Recommend!
