   I took my little car there a few weeks ago as my exhaust was loose. They managed to fix it within the hour on the off chance when I popped in. Luckily, the price was fare, and they did a brilliant job. Popped in again a few weeks later with an appointment and thought that I had an issue, luckily it turned out to be nothing after they conducted their checks. This was a huge relief and surprisingly they also inflated all my tyres at no extra cost. This garage has good and honest staff, and I thank you for your service that you provided.

   I'm super impressed with the service, the professionalism, the customer care and the quality of work. For the first time I went to a garage and they didn't just fix the problem that took me to the garage, they had to repair and even replace parts for me at no extra cost. I'll definitely ho back there and recommend it.

   I took my little Skoda in to see Michael as it had just failed an MOT emissions test with another company. He quickly resolved the issue without me having to book an actual service as he suspected what the issue would be, explaining things excellently well and resolving it in about thirty minutes. The next day I took it for a retest at the same MOT centre as day before and it passed with flying colours. Very fair, efficient and courteous service...and fast!

   Grey Mini John Works - NG16 OWA I honestly can’t recommend this garage enough. After hitting a curb and then having an independent mechanic attempt repairs, my car continued to make worrying noises and seemed to constantly “need more work” according to them. It no longer felt safe to drive. A friend recommended this garage, and from my first interaction, I felt reassured and confident I was in the right hands. Their clear communication, thorough checks, and ability to explain things in simple terms really put me at ease. After completing the repairs, they even offered a complimentary 3-month check-up to ensure everything was still running smoothly. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

   I seriously cannot praise these guys enough! They did not only fix my car - they done it within a day because they knew how desperate I was. Good price, honest mechanics, caring & kind. As a woman who has no clue about cars, they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, I will never go anywhere else. Edit: On 28th Jan 2022 I got my MOT done at Portmill. Michal explained to me in great detail what was happening, showed me how to top up oil properly (I'm clueless). Provided me with advice about so many things. I really appreciate it, best mechanic around!

   I called up during a busy time as I needed an urgent MOT and was able to be seen at such short notice on the same day. I couldn't have thanked them enough as they were closing soon for the holidays. The MOT had failed but advice was given on what needed to be fixed and passed on retest. All staff very helpful, informative and very friendly. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely come again!

   Spoke with this garage earlier after being concerned that my girlfriend had been ripped off elsewhere. The guy I spoke with on the phone was really helpful and managed to squeeze her in on a Friday afternoon at short notice. Great service and would definitely recommend.
