I’ve had a few M.O.T’s done here and some other small bits on the car. I can’t fault the service. Work is completed to standard and in timely manner. Professional and reasonably priced as well.
I brought you my new Toyota hybrid because I thought you were honest. I asked for an oil change, all the filters, and tires. I paid the amount you asked. When I got home, I checked the car and no filters had been changed, only the oil. I feel scammed. I'm very sorry because I thought I was in the right place. Finding honest people is a scam, not honesty.
Always reluctant to choose new mechanics but my usual was busy. Rung up, diagnosed over the phone. Rung back after calling their supplier with a full costed vat included quote including labour. I thought I had an issue afterwards and they were happy to look at it for free. Will use again.

Absolutely terrible experience at Plumstead Garage. Took my van in for an MOT today and regret not listening to all the people who warned me. This place is known for pointing out unnecessary issues just to make money, and that’s exactly what they tried with me. Poor customer service, unhelpful staff, and the whole process felt like a setup. Never going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Went to Plumstead Garage for an MOT today and I wish I hadn’t. Several people told me not to go there because they always seem to “find” something wrong with your vehicle—even when there’s nothing obviously wrong. Surprise surprise, they flagged unnecessary issues with my van. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze money out of me. The service was slow and unfriendly too. Definitely feels like a money-making scam more than a proper garage. Avoid if you value honesty. If you don't believe then take your new car for MOT then you will see that u will be ending paying more then £60 which is MOT charges.

They are very good people. My car was making a noise& they could not hear it on test driving. They refused to do guesswork, checked it for free& advised to bring it at the time when the noise was continous to the point of being heard more frequently. As a woman, my fear is having garages do unneccesary repairs just to get money off me, but this garage has been faur, considerate & if anything goes wrong, they investigate thoroughly.
Went there to fix my puncher tyre . Took nearly one hour while I’m waiting . Not even that busy . Staffs are too busy chatting each other while I’m waiting . Even though staffs knows that customer wait they can’t be bothered to do it but faster . Changing tyre is one of the easiest job for mechanic. Maximum only take 20min to changing it . Management need to have a look on this . Apparat from this all the services are good .
