Terrible.They charge me alot or double the price to fix my side lights and later after 2weeks both lights stop working which was tempory work done. And when i reached back to them they ask me to pay again. Dispointment.
Terrible experience. I called ahead, was given clear prices for replacing two headlight bulbs, but when I arrived they suddenly tried to charge nearly triple. When I asked about the phone quote, they pretended they didn’t know who I spoke to, even though it was the same number ringing in the shop. Completely dishonest. I walked out and won’t ever return.

Very poor customer service. Especially the old Indian man. He was yelling at me despite the fact that I was told to come over to check my car after calling the company's number. Really felt embarrassed and will never recommend the place to anyone. However, Ahmed felt sorry for me with the way I was treated. Your response was inaccurate. I was not obstructing anyone; I reparked my car when asked to and yes the old Indian man( that refused to tell me his name) YELLED AT ME! Intfact he also shouted on Ahmed ( who was trying to listen to me) to ignore me. I was not even giving the opportunity to talk, ALL I HEAR IS YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, WE CANNOT CHECK YOUR CAR AS WE HAVE ALOT TO DO... I was not even expecting you guys to fix my car since you said you have alot to do but at least talk to me politely and try to schedule me for another day. Your Company needs to learn how to treat customers rightly, The fact that you could respond on this platform inaccurately says alot about the company. Again, if you want to be treated rightly as a customer; STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. By the way, I got my car fixed by a neighbouring mechanic within an hour.

Been here twice in a week with punctures.very quick service always fit me in there and then. Always busy so reputation must be good but I've never had any engine work only tyres.always friendly.
