Crap service. If you’re going through warranty don’t bother. Had my car sitting outside for 5/6 days with nothing being done. I had to call 4 times for an update. Finally the last time I called they finally made the claim via my warranty but didn’t provide the correct information. As my warranty company asked for evidence (via a diagnostic) they proceeded to tell me my warranty company wants proof of the issue and they’ll have to strip the entire gearbox but charge me the fee (£500) for it directly as I’m their words my warranty company doesn’t cover diagnostic EVEN THOUGH the warranty company were willing to cover the whole cost as long as evidence from a DIAGNOSTIC was provided. In the end I decided to take the car back refusing to authorise them to strip the gearbox to use it as evidence for the issue when a simple diagnostic would’ve shown the problem. Even getting my car back was an issue as the manager is very argumentative and has no people skills. I told them I was collecting the car on the phone and when I arrived for some reason they were on the phone to the warranty company asking if they should just go ahead with stripping the gearbox without my consent to which they replied no they would need consent. They were definitely just trying to get a fee from me for stripping the gearbox PLUS the additional finance from the warranty for labour.
extremely incompetent incompetent. They replaced the turbocharger on my car, I left the service center and four hours later the engine blocked.in short I paid 1400 (942-card and 460 in cash) 4 hours later the engine blocked. They did a lot of other nonsense to diagnose it just to take the money Beware people
Considering the circumstances why I got my car to BIG LPG, the service these garage offered was way over my expectations. I bough a secondhand car few weeks ago that suffered a breakdown after only 500 miles since my ownership. The car was towed to BIG LPG as a RAC Approved garage due to the warranty I got. After inspection they contacted me that the repairs wasn’t approved by RAC due to the high cost and low mileage and since that point they were super supportive helping me to discuss with the dealership the liability of the repair. After hundreds of emails and call they finally manage to get the car collected from the dealership and pushing them to accept the expenses incurred. Henrik was always available on the phone for follow ups, amazing customer care. I’ll recommend this garage to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic. I’ll come back in the future when needed. Thanks!

Contacted garage as my car had a air suspension fault (BMW 740LD). Car had warranty with autoguard. Called up autoguard to report car problem and they told me i can choose my own garage. Booked in for diagnostics with garage and gave them my warranty contract number and left them my car. 2 hours later claim was approved and they sourced the air compressor direct from BMW dealership (£1000+) and fixed my car the following day. Whole process was fast and professional and the garage handled everything. I didn’t have to pay a penny. All i had to do was sign invoice and drive away. 10/10 service highly recommended and trustworthy garage
